Ms. Zhao Xiaolan, in her forties, lives at Lujia Street, Wuchang. On the morning of April 22, 2011, officers form Ziyang Street Administration Office in Wuchang called her with the excuse of exchanging the license plates of electric vehicles, and deceived her into going to the Ziyang Street Administration Office. She was followed by four plainclothes officers to her home and arrested.

On the afternoon of March 9, 2011, Ms. Gai Yongzhi and Mr. Xu Jun from Fushun City were arrested by officers from Xinhua Police Station. Now they are held at the Fushun City Second Detention Center. Ms. Gai Yongzhi's son, Mr. Zhao Chunyi, a non-practitioner, was also arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor. He is being held at the Masanjia Labor Camp.

On the night of April 25, 2011, Ms. Du Delan and Mr. Shan Rutian, from Wengniute Prefecture in Chifeng City, were arrested by officers from Wengniute Prefecture Domestic Security Division when they where at a Guard's Room of the school.
7. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Pu Dongzhe Arrested
Since March 2011, officers from Yanji City 610 Office, who colluded with officers from local neighborhood administration offices in Yanji City, have arrested many practitioners from Chaoyangchuan Town, Yanbian Prefecture. Among them, Mr. Bu Dongzhe was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center.
8. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Chen Jin'e, Mr. Zhong Tao and Ms. Yan Jinghua Arrested
On the morning of April 19, 2011, over thirty practitioners who were sending forth righteous thoughts at the Nanchang City First Detention Center, Women's Prison, Yuzhang Prison were arrested by plainclothes police officers. At present, Ms. Chen Jin'e, Mr. Zhong Tao and Ms. Yan Jinghua are being held; others were released. Those three practitioners' homes were ransacked. Computers, printers and several thousand yuan worth of cash was stolen by police officers. They are currently being held at the First Detention Center.

Ms. Li Meihong, from Jinan City, was arrested by officers from Daguanyuan Police Station at home on the night of April 25, 2011. She is held at the Daguanyuan Police Station.
11. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhong Xueqin Taken to Yaojia Detention Center
On April 11, 2011, Ms. Zhong Xueqin, from Shihe, Puwanxincun, Dalian City, was arrested by officers from Shihe and taken to the Dalian City Drug Relief Reformatory. On April 25, 2011, she was transferred to the Yaojia Detention Center, Dalian City.

13. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners Held at Nanshan Detention Center
On the morning of March 26, 2011, Ms. Li Dan and Ms. Nie Yong were arrested by officers from Nanshan Police Department, Shenzhen City. Ms. Li was sentenced to one year of forced labor. Ms. Nie's husband Mr. Zhao Qiang was also sentenced to forced labor. Currently they are being held at the Nanshan Detention Center.

On April 13, 2011, officers from Mudanjiang Railway Police Department went to Dongning County to arrest Ms. Zuo's brother Mr. Zuo Xiucheng and sister-in-law Ms. Jiang Wenhua, and Ms. Jiang's brother Mr. Jiang Wenyue. They are being held at the Mudanjiang Railway Police Station.

17. [Jinyang County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Gong Wenyou Arrested and Taken to Xining Brainwashing Center
Mr. Gong Wenyou, from Jinyang County, Liangshan Prefecture, was arrested by officers from Jinyang County Police Department at the end of March and taken to Xining Brainwashing Center.
Mr. Gong, once a teacher in Jinyang County, Liangshan Prefecture, is in his forties. Since 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners started, he has been arrested many times and was forced to leave home to avoid arrest. In September 2002, he was arrested by officers from Panzhishan City Domestic Security Division. In 2003, he was sentenced to eight years in prison at the Renhe District Court, Panzhihua City. He was held in Deyang Prison and Wumaping Prison, Lishan City successively.
