1. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Ms. Tang Qingying Arrested Again
Ms. Tang Qingying from Huaihua City was arrested with another practitioner at around 4:00 p.m. on February 13, 2011. Officers from the Tuanjie Police Station in the Hecheng District made the arrest and took them to the Hecheng District Detention Center. The other practitioner was released. Ms. Tang is still in the detention center. She was previously illegally sentenced to imprisonment twice, for a total of ten years.

2. [Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhao Rongcai Arrested Again Following Her Release from a Two-Year Illegal Detention
Cao Qiang and other officers from the Tushan Town Police Station in Pizhou City, Xuzhou Area forcibly arrested Ms. Zhao Rongcai at around 10:00 a.m. on February 17, 2011. Ms. Zhao's husband, Mr. Zhang Wei, has been sentenced to four and a half years in prison. Prior to this arrest, Ms. Zhao had been detained for two years. She was released following her one-month hunger strike.

Local 610 Office agents broke into Mr. Rui Kerong's home at 9:00 a.m. on February 22, 2011 and arrested him.

4. [Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhou Zhengying Transferred from Forced Labor Camp to Brainwashing Facility
Ms. Zhou Zhengying, 63, a retired doctor from the Guizhou Aluminum Plant Employees' Hospital, was arrested on February 17, 2011 as she spoke with people about Falun Gong in Daozhen County, Zunyi City. She is now in the Daozhen County Detention Center.
Ms. Zhou was previously subjected to forced labor twice, totaling five years, in the Zhongba Women's Forced Labor Camp. Before making it back to her home following her second release from the forced labor camp, local 610 Office agents intercepted her and took her to the Lannigou Brainwashing Facility, where they held her for more than three months.

Ms. Zhang Yongchun was arrested on the morning of February 22, 2011 and taken to the Tieshan Road Police Station.

6. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Gao Manli, Mr. Sun Fuzeng, and Mr. Liu Jianfeng Sentenced and Imprisoned
Ms. Gao Manli, an employee of the Liaohua Research Institute, is still in Division No. 8 of the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. She has been sentenced to eight years of incarceration.
Mr. Sun Fuzeng from Dengta City was sentenced to 12 years in 2009 and is currently in the Liaoning Province Prison.
Mr. Liu Jianfeng from Dengta City was sentenced to 13 years. He is currently in the Dalian Prison.
7. [Binzhou, Shandong Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Ms. Sha Xiuping
Ms. Sha Xiuping from Binzhou City is in her thirties. She was arrested at around 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2011, as she was distributing information about Falun Gong. Officers from the Binzhou City Domestic Security Division and Pengli Township Police Station took her to the Pengli Township Police Station. They ransacked her home and confiscated her computer, printer and Falun Gong informational materials. Ms. Sha was taken to a detention center that same afternoon.
8. [Chongqing] Ms. Liu Ruiqin Subjected to One Year of Forced Labor
Ms. Liu Ruiqin from Chongqing, in her fifties, was sentenced to one year of forced labor in December 2010.
9. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Fengxia Physically Abused and Mistreated at the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center
Guard Niu Xiaoyun from the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center attempted to "reform" Ms. Wang Fengxia. He deprived her of sleep and forced her to stand for long periods, resulting in Ms. Wang suffering from circulation problems in her legs.
10. [Leshan, Sichuan Province] Jiajiang County Court Officials Tried Mr. Wang Mingzhong at 2:30 p.m. on February 23, 2011
11. [Anlu, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Fengying Arrested at the Anlu Railway Station
Ms. Hu Fengying was arrested on February 21, 2011 at the Anlu Railway Station. She was taken to the police department and transferred to the Anlu Detention Center at around 6:00 p.m.

12. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ye Qibing and Ms. Liu Ping Face Sentencing
We have learned that Mr. Ye Qibing and Ms. Liu Ping, who are being held in the Luojiang County Detention Center, and Ms. Qiu Juyuan and Ms. Qiu Yuqiong, who were released on bail, face trial and sentencing at the Luojiang County Court.

13. [Shandong Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Mr. Zhang Lisong
Officers from the Yongqing Road Police Station in the Licang District arrested Mr. Zhang Lisong on January 13, 2011, and held him in custody.
Mr. Zhang was held in the Dashan Detention Center for two weeks, between January 15 and January 30, 2011. Officers from the Yongqing Road Police Station sent him to the Zhangqiu No. 2 Forced Labor Camp at 6:00 a.m. on January 30, to be held for a year.
14. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Xiumei Arrested
Ms. Li Xiumei from Longhua County was arrested together with eight practitioners on February 26, 2005 as they distributed information about Falun Gong in Nangou Village, Shanwan Township. Officers from the Longhua County Police Department's Domestic Security Division held Ms. Li in the Longhua County Detention Center for a month and extorted 9,000 yuan from her family. Longhua Court officials later sentenced Ms. Li to three years in prison, with three years probation.
15. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhang Lihua and Mr. Cui Changsheng Put on Trial
Ms. Zhang Lihua and Mr. Cui Changsheng, mother and son practitioners from the Acheng District, Harbin City were tried on February 22, 2011, in Room 101 in the Acheng City Court. The judge did not announce the verdicts at the end of that day's trial.
16. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Lili Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Wang Lili, who was forced to stay away from her home for many years in order to avoid persecution, was arrested on the afternoon of November 25, 2010. Police officers from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau Family Compound made the arrest and held Ms. Wang in the Zhucheng Detention Center. Ms. Wang was sent to the Jinan Women's Prison on January 11, 2011, after she had been sentenced to six and a half years in prison.
17. [Beipiao, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Shuxian Arrested and Released
Beipiao City 610 Office agents and officers from the city's police department have harassed Mr. Guan Yongguo, Mr. Zhang Huaping, and Ms. Liu Shuhua at home since February 20, 2011. Officers from the Beipiao City Political Office, the Judiciary Committee, and the city's Domestic Security Division searched Ms. Chen Shuxian's business. This happened at around 10:00 a.m. on February 22, under the guise of a fire safety inspection. They confiscated a computer, Falun Gong books and informational materials, and other items. They arrested Ms. Chen and took her to the Domestic Security Division and held her for five hours before releasing her.
18. [Liaoyang, Liaoning Province] Mr. Qi Qingyuan's Prison Term to Expire in June 2011
Mr. Qi Qingyuan from Xiaoqijia Town, Liaoyang City was sentenced to five years in prison on June 13, 2006. He has been held in the Dongling Prison in Shenyang City for four years and eight months. His term will expire on June 13, 2011.
19. [Jianli County, Hubei Province] Mr. Li Dayao and Others Arrested
Mr. Li Dayao, Ms. Tang Yungui and Ms. Bao Yue'e from Jianli County were arrested around 5:00 p.m. on February 22, 2011 as they spoke with people about Falun Gong and the persecution at the Dawan Farm. Officers from the Dawan Police Station made the arrest and took the three practitioners to the Jianli County Detention Center.
