1. [Beijing] Mr. Gao Yu Arrested for Practicing Falun Gong
Miyun County Public Safety Bureau officers arrested Mr. Gao Yu on January 21, 2010. He was taken to the Shunyi County Detention Center, where he is currently being held.
2. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chen Yan and Mr. Qian Houmin Remain Illegally Imprisoned
Mr. Chen Yan from Qitaihe and Mr. Qian Houmin from the Jingxia Community in Daqing Oil Field are currently being detained in the Wuchang Brainwashing Center.
Mr. He Biao and his wife, Ms. Han Yunhua, from the Longfeng District, Daqing, were arrested on October 9, 2010, and taken to the Wuchang Brainwashing Center. They were released on January 12, 2011.
3. [Yongnian County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Lanqin Harassed
On September 23, 2010, several officers from the Yongnian County Public Safety Bureau, Yulin Village Office, Yongnian County Security Inspection Bureau, and Liuying Township Police Station went to Ms. Zhang Lanqin's home in Yulin Village. They confiscated her Falun Dafa books, Teacher's pictures, and other personal property.
On November 15, 2010, four officers from the Yongnian County Domestic Safety Brigade went to Ms. Zhang's home again and confiscated her Falun Dafa books, MP4 player, and other personal property.
4. [Shandong Province] Ms. Xia Deyun Tortured in Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Xia Deyun from Shengli Oil Field in Shandong Province was arrested in November 2010 by officers from the Domestic Security Brigade of the Dongying District Public Safety Bureau. Ms. Xia was imprisoned in the Shandong Second Women's Forced Labor Camp [Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp]. Physical examinations showed that Ms. Xia had an abnormal heart condition and tumors in her abdomen. Instead of providing treatment, the authorities forced Ms. Xia to participate in a brainwashing session.

5. [Dingzhou, Hebei] Ms. Zhang Jie Taken to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhang Jie from Dingzhou was arrested on December 9, 2010. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to the Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp on January 18, 2011.

6. [Shandong] Additional Details on the Arrests of Practitioners in Jiaonan
Five Falun Gong practitioners were illegally arrested in Jiaonan. Ms. Liu Huimin was taken to the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao. On January 21, 2011, Ms. Liu Meiqin, Ms. Zhang Shuhua, and Ms. Fu Aixian were taken to the Dashan Detention Center for the second time. Ms. Xue Lianxia was released on January 21, 2011. Dong Qiqiang, the Dacun Town Police Station director, severely beat and injured Ms. Liu Meiqin.

7. [Huangshi, Hubei] Mr. Lu Yong Remains in Prison
Mr. Lu Yong from the Tieshan District, Huangshi, was arrested on October 31, 2010 by authorities from the 610 Office and Cheng Yongzhong from the Domestic Security Brigade of the Tieshan Public Safety Bureau. Mr. Lu was jailed in the Huangshi First Detention Center and is currently facing illegal charges brought by the Tieshan Procuratorate.
8. [Qingyun County, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Jailed
Four practitioners, including Mr. Yang Xiqing, Mr. Zhang Aimin, and Mr. Liu Junyong, were arrested on August 25, 2010. They are being held in the Qingyun Detention Center in Shandong.
