Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Luo Ying was illegally arrested on or around April 20, 2010.
On April 21, Mr. Ren Ping was arrested by officers from Lingnan Police Station.
2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Additional Information on Several Practitioners Held at No. 6 Ward, Huizuizi Labor Camp
Ms. Wu Libo, 55, a practitioner from Changchun City, was illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor. She is being held at the No. 2 Group, No. 6 Ward.
Ms. Xu Shaohua, 43, is a practitioner from Luhe County. In April 2009, she was sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor. She was held at the No. 7 Ward until the middle of March 2010, when she was transferred to the No. 1 Group, No. 6 Ward. Her term will expire in May 2010.
Ms. Yan Caiying, 62, is a practitioner from Linjiang City, Baishan Region. In April 2009, she was sentenced to 15 months of forced labor. She had been held at the No. 7 Ward until March 2010, when she was transferred to the No. 2 Group, No. 6 Ward.
Ms. Han Jian, 54, is a practitioner from Jilin City. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor, from August 2009 to August 2010. She is detained at the No. 1 Group, No. 6 Ward.
Ms. Wang Yanjie, 46, was sentenced to one year of forced labor in September 2009. She had been detained at the No. 7 Ward until the middle of March 2010, when she was transferred to the No. 2 Group, No. 6 Ward.
3. [Jilin Province] Mr. Meng Fankui Severely Beaten by Inmates per Orders from Guards at No. 10 Ward, Shiling Prison, Siping City
Practitioner Mr. Meng Fankui was severely beaten by inmates until he was black and blue. The inmates were ordered to carry out the beatings by the prison guards at the No. 10 Ward.

Ms. Chen Fengzhen, a practitioner from Ranghu Road, Daqing City, is currently detained in a dark, damp, cold cell at the No. 7 Ward of the Heilongjiang Women's Prison. As a result of the persecution, her systolic blood pressure has increased to 230 mm Hg, and the diastolic blood pressure has elevated to 110 to 120 mm Hg.

6. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guo Jingxia Arrested, Home Ransacked
At 8:00 a.m. on April 29, 2010, Ms. Guo Jingxia from Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, was reported while she was distributing Shen Yun DVDs. She was arrested and taken to the Tiexi Police Station. Her home was ransacked, and some items, including Falun Dafa books, were taken.

7. [Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Zou Feiyu Arrested, Home Ransacked
Mr. Zou Feiyu from Kunshan City was arrested at the Shanghai Railway Station while he was on the way to send his notebook computer for service. He was stopped at the security checkpoint established due to the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Later, his home was ransacked by the officers from Chengbei Police Station, Kunshan City.
8. [Dali County, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Wang Jianguo Sentenced to Four Years, and Ms. Yang Cuixia Sentenced to Five and a Half Years in Prison
In October 2009, Mr. Wang Genfa, Mr. Yang Li, Mr. Wang Jianguo, and Ms. Wang Cuixia from Dali County were arrested. Mr. Wang Jianguo was sentenced to four years in prison, and Ms. Yang Cuixia was sentenced to five and a half years in prison.

9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Additional Information on Ms. Lu Yuying
Ms. Lu Yuying from Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, was arrested at home by officers from Liucheng Police Station, Wenjiang District, on September 3, 2009. Her husband, a cancer patient, went to the police station and procuratorate to demand his wife's release, so that she could take care of him. However, the procuratorate forwarded the documents to the court with plans to put Ms. Lu Yuying on trial.
