(Clearwisdom.net) I am now 56 years old and just retired. In May 2009 I began practicing Falun Dafa. Ever since I started practicing, Falun Dafa has brought blessings to me and my family. I appreciate Master's grace from the bottom of my heart.
With Belief in Master and in the Fa, All My Diseases Were Cured
After I passed the age of 50, there were many issues with my health. After a medical examination, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, premature ventricular contraction, arrhythmia, as well as other problems. I had to carry medicine with me all the time. Insomnia was my biggest problem. In order to fall asleep, I could not read or watch TV before I went to bed. I would not let anyone talk to me or even talk on the phone near me. Often without any reason, I would just stay awake for the whole night. Suddenly my blood pressure would go up and my heart beat would rise, and I would be covered in a cold sweat. I took medicine to lower my blood pressure, but it was not helping at all. I was hospitalized several times and had infusions to soften my blood vessels. All of these diseases were troubling me.
One day, a practitioner introduced Falun Dafa to me and told me that it is truly miraculous. He also gave me a DVD. After I watched the DVD, Master helped to cleanse my body and I appeared to have diarrhea. The next day it was completely gone. After that, I read the lectures every morning after I got up and also read some at work. Every day I read at least one lecture, did one set of exercises, and sent forth righteous thoughts. If my blood pressure went up and I started feeling dizzy, I would recite "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good". I understood it was Master testing my diligence. I also tried to search within to see where I did not do well enough. Since I am now retired, I join group Fa study every day and if I have an insight into anything or a problem, I will share with fellow practitioners. I also read Minghui Weekly and have memorized Hong Yin. I now have a good temper and all of my diseases have been quietly cured. I feel very energetic. My friends and family say that I look younger now.
I am thankful to Master for all the blessings from the bottom of my heart. I will tell more people about Falun Dafa so that more people can benefit from it.
Severe Acne That Troubled My Daughter for 10 Years Disappeared
After my daughter went to college in 1999, she began to have pimples on her face. Big and small pimples grew all over and sometimes there were also several big red bumps. Her face always looked red all over.
For the past ten years, we have gone to all the major hospitals in Beijing and spent a lot of money. We also tried acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine. She suffered a lot from all the treatments. Sometimes one treatment would seem to have a good effect and the pimples would go away for a couple of days, but then they would all come back. The doctors told us that she could not have seafood or anything spicy or cold. We followed all these rules, but there were just as many pimples as before. Ten years of hopeless efforts exhausted our confidence in finding a medical cure for her acne.
During the time of the 2010 Chinese New Year, one practitioner suggested that she sincerely recite "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good". I then told her to put her trust in Master, and let him take care of it. Miracles happened again and now my daughter's face is clear and smooth. There are not only no pimples, but also very few scars left.
When my daughter returned home, my friends and family, as well as her classmates, were shocked when they saw her radiant, clear face. Both my daughter and I deeply appreciate Master's grace. This also strengthens my will to believe in Master and the Fa.
Everyone who witnessed the changes in me and my family truly saw the miracle of Falun Dafa.
