Officers from the Domestic Security Division of the He County Police Department arrested Mr. Wu when he was seen talking to people about Falun Gong on August 31, 2010. He was sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor, and sent to the Anhui Province Juvenile Labor Camp on October 9, 2010.
When Mr. Wu's family went to visit him on October 13, a guard told them," We have plenty of methods to get him to change his belief."
