(Clearwisdom.net) Today, after reading Master's new article, "Be Vigilant," I felt terrible because Master mentioned the "Qingxin Discussion Board." I used to frequent that discussion board. I published articles in the literary section and asked questions about computer maintenance. I have not logged onto that website for a long time. I only learned recently that the Qingxin Discussion Board was shut down.
Sometime in March or April 2009, I noticed that a fellow practitioner had posted a link on the Qingxin Discussion Board to an e-book named something like "Falun Dafa Collector's Edition" which included all the books. This e-book had all of Master's lectures combined in one place. It was well-made and since I lacked righteous thoughts at the time, and seeing that it was organized by a fellow practitioner, I did not think from the perspective of the Fa and downloaded the file. I even thought that distributing this single e-book to fellow practitioners or other sentient beings who wanted to read the Fa would make thinks much simpler. Thus, I gave this e-book to several people. Later, I basically contacted all of the people I had given the text to and requested they delete the e-book. An everyday person who wanted to read the Fa asked me for the e-book. I gave the file to him on a new USB drive. However, that person was never able to get it to work, so he wasn't able to see the e-book. Afterwards, I enlightened that this e-book can't be viewed or distributed.
Today, Master's Fa resonates in my mind. Even though it doesn't appear Master is pointing out my shortcomings, my actions cannot be an exception to Master's Fa. I looked inside and discovered that I had unwittingly done something to damage the Fa.
At the time that I downloaded the file, I had recently gone through a lot of interference. I did not study the Fa for over a month, so I became very attached to dreams and hints from messages. I felt that I was something special because I was able to break out of the interference, but the demons used this attachment to create demonic interference from my own mind, and this resulted in my deviated thoughts. I am grateful for Master's guidance and the unconditional assistance I received from fellow practitioners which finally helped me to awaken. This file was downloaded when my cultivation state was poor. I was irrational at that time.
When I understood what I had done, I became rational. Master did not published this e-book and it was not published on the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. There were also notes added to the side panel of the e-book that said, "This is a ladder to heaven."
Master's new article helped me to realize that cultivation is serious. Disrupting the Fa intentionally or unintentionally not only harms oneself, but also harms others.
