(Clearwisdom.net) The Montreal Divine Land Marching Band served as the leading band in Montreal's Caribana Parade. The band's performance received high remarks from the organizing committee and spectators.

As the band performed, spectators of all ages could be seen moving to the drumbeat and now and then one could hear such exclamations as "Very nice, very very nice!"
Along the parade route, several practitioners distributed Falun Gong truth-clarifying fliers. The reporter randomly interviewed several spectators and found out that it was the first time for some to hear about Falun Gong. There were also people who knew Falun Gong and the persecution very well. Passing Chinatown, one could see the looks of pleasure and pride in the faces of many Chinese spectators, as almost all of the Divine Land Band members are Chinese.
Practitioner Thanh said that he received a phone the day after July 1 Canada Day parade, in which the band has also performed. The caller said that he got a Falun Gong flier during the parade and decided to learn the exercises after studying the flier. "The Divine Land Marching Band was the most beautiful entry in the parade. Your participation uplifted the quality of this parade," he told Thanh.
The Caribana Parade is the largest parade in Montreal with several hundred thousand spectators. It was 2.5 miles long and lasted about 3 hours.
After the parade, practitioners went to Yat-sen Park in Chinatown to share the holiday joy and the beauty of Falun Dafa with more Chinese immigrants.
