(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
1. The Death of Tang Lulun, Head of the Domestic Security Division in Jinsha County, Guizhou Province
Tang Lulun, male, was 45 years old. Since he started his position as head of the Domestic Security Division, he solely followed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, who follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He refused to listen and continued to persecute practitioners even after they had "clarified the facts" about Falun Gong to him. During late November 2008, Tang suddenly had a high fever when he was working. He was put on medication and soon after was diagnosed with leukaemia. He died of leukaemia on December 13, 2008.
Tang died within 20 days of being diagnosed. The doctor said that he had only met two other patients like him in his career.
Tang is the second person who received karmic retribution in the Domestic Security Division in Jinsha County. On June 7, 2008, police officer Zeng Xianghui died in a car accident on his way home, thus suffering karmic retribution after persecuting practitioners. Tang Lulun did not stop and continued to persecute practitioners even after Zeng died.
To those who continue to persecute practitioners, they should take this as a warning, stop their bad deeds and choose a good future.
2. Li Dabin, Former Head of the Shuangcheng Zhanqian Police Station in Heilongjiang Province, Receives Retribution
Li Dabin, former head of the Shuangcheng Zhanqian Police Station in Heilongjiang Province, broke into the home of practitioners Mr. Jia Shuangyou and Jiang Xiuzhen, and illegally arrested them on January 16, 2009. On January 29, he suffered from acute hepatitis A, andyellowingeyesskin had to stay in the number 211 Hospital in Harbin. He has been released from the hospital, but he has been unable to go home due to his infectious disease.
We hope that he will realize his wrongdoings and make up for his crimes by doing good deeds.
