(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Lu Hancai is a senior nurse at the Daxin County Hospital for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Province. She gave her niece, a student, a few Shen Yun DVDs and booklets. As a result, a teacher reported the niece, and CCP personnel interrogated her. Ms. Lu Hancai was then arrested in September 2009 and detained for 15 days. Below are the details.
Ms. Lu Hancai gave her 15-year-old niece, Lu Qinhua, who was studying at the Daxin County Fulong Middle School, a few Shen Yun DVDs and booklets and copies of Minghui Weekly in June of this year. Lu Qinhua thought that the Shen Yun DVDs were so wonderful that she gave a copy to her English teacher, Huang Jianmei. Huang Jianmei reported the girl to the authorities. Chief Nong Xinmin, Director He Weibo, and Wei Shu from the Fulong Township Police Station went to the school to interrogate the girl. Because she was so young, she was unable to endure the pressure from the police and the school headmaster, Li Zecheng. The next day her father took her home. She no longer dared to go to school. (Two days later her teacher asked her to return to school and she did.)
Zhao Quanjin, a policeman from the Daxin County Police Department; Fulong Police Station Chief Nong Xinmin; Director He Weibo; and Huang Gaorong, deputy chief of Fulong Township, ransacked Ms. Lu Qinhua's house. They took away all the Shen Yun DVDs and a few booklets, copies of Minghui Weekly, and the book Zhuan Falun. The police then told the girl's father to take her to the police station. He Weibo and Wei Shu went to the house again on August 24 and forced her father to tell them where the materials came from. Wei Shu went to the school to have Lu Qinhua sign a statement on September 15, and He Weibo and Wei Shu went to the school again on September 16 for her signature, which really distressed her.
Xu Anlin from the Daxin County Domestic Security Team and He Weibo and Wei Shu from the Fulong Township Police Station went to the Daxin County Hospital for Traditional Chinese Medicine to interrogate Ms. Lu Hancai on the afternoon of September 21, 2009. The deputy head of the hospital, Liu Wengong, led Xu Anlin and Wei Shu to search Ms. Lu Hancai's house on the afternoon of September 22. Xu Anlin, He Weibo, Wei Shu, and two other police officers went to Ms. Lu's workplace and took her to the Daxin County Detention Center on the morning of September 25. They intended to detain her for 15 days, but she returned home the same day.
Ms. Lu Hancai was persecuted in 2000 and 2002. She was held at the detention center for 15 days in 2000 and detained in a forced labor camp for 18 months in 2002. When she was detained at the Guangxi Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp, she was forced to do hard labor for more than ten hours each day and suffered a great deal.
Lu Hancai started to practice Falun Gong in October 1998. Soon after, all her illnesses, such as heart disease, cervical vertebra bone hyperplasia, chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, chronic pharyngitis, chronic gynecological diseases, and backaches, disappeared. Before she practiced Falun Gong, her family was at odds, and she often quarreled with her husband. Since she became a practitioner she has conducted herself according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and continuously improved her xinxing. As a result, there is harmony in a family where once no one got along.
