On January 31, 2008, the head of Guangmingshan Police Station in Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province, deceived Mr. Wang Zhongliang, who is 58 years old, into going to the police station. Mr. Wang was then taken to a detention center. On April 18, he was transferred to the No. 8 Team in Dalian Forced Labor Camp. In mid-June, because he didn't feel very well, he was taken to solitary confinement and force-fed. In the first week that Mr. Wang was held there, police officer Liu Zheng shocked him with electric batons. Wang Shiwei also assisted in torturing him using various other means.
