(Clearwisdom.net) I am 74 years old. I started practicing Falun Gong in 1996. Before practicing Falun Gong, I had hepatitis, hemorrhoids, neurasthenia, and other diseases. I stayed in a hospital for a treatment once, but my health didn't improve. After starting to practice Falun Gong, all my diseases disappeared within less than a month. From then on I more diligently cultivated myself and believed in Teacher and the Fa. By doing so, my xinxing level was unceasingly upgraded.
Smoothly Distributing Truth-Clarification Materials
Since the former dictator Jiang Zemin and the CCP started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, I have been smoothly producing truth-clarification materials and delivering them to local practitioners. During these eight years, it didn't matter rain or shine, nothing could stop me from doing my Dafa work.
I enlightened that I should memorize the Fa if I wanted to fill my heart with the Fa. Therefore, I started to recite Teacher's "Lunyu." From that time, whenever I read a new article by Teacher, I would memorize it. Now I can recite from memory thirty of Teacher's articles and every day I recite Lunyu.
Every time that I successfully distributed truth-clarification materials without any problem, it was because whenever I went out to do Dafa work, I recited Teacher's Fa. When I ran into a police monitoring vehicle, I said to Teacher in my heart, "Teacher, I need to bring Dafa materials to Dafa practitioners. Please strengthen me so that I can deliver them and return home without any disturbance."
While passing by the police vehicle, I didn't have any fear. I passed by in an upright manner, and smoothly finished my Dafa work. When passing by a guarded gate, I sent forth righteous thoughts to eradicate the evil factors and the poisoning factors of the CCP behind the guard. So far, I have smoothly done Dafa work for eight years without any problem. This is Dafa's mighty power and the result of my belief in Teacher and Dafa.
The Miracle of Climbing a Mountain
As long as we believe in Teacher and Dafa, miracles can occur. One day in June 2006, my daughter and granddaughter took me to hike up a mountain with them. There was a sign at the foot of the mountain that read, "There are 2,118 steps from the bottom to the top of the mountain." My granddaughter asked me, "Grandmother, can you climb it?" I immediately replied with full confidence, "Yes, I can." My daughter said to me, "Let's go to the other side to take a lift." I said, "I was able to come here, so that means I am able to climb the mountain too." So we started to climb the mountain step by step. I didn't feel tired at all because I was reciting Teacher's Fa.
After climbing up about 100 steps, my daughter said, "I can't climb any more." So she returned to the bottom of the mountain to wait for us. After climbing to the halfway point of the mountain, where the steps were very steep, my granddaughter also told me that her legs were very sore and she couldn't climb any more. I said to her, "If a seventy-four-year-old grandmother can do it, you can too. Let me tell you a secret method to cure your sore legs so that you, too, can climb up. Let us together say 'Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good!'"
So we climbed the steps while saying, "Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good!" It took us less than an hour to reach the top of the mountain and we didn't feel tired at all. We also climbed down part of the other side of the mountain to look around. We crawled through several caves and spent three hours playing on the mountain without feeling tired. While returning to the bottom of the mountain, we sang songs composed by Dafa practitioners, all the while unaware that we were reaching the bottom of the mountain. My daughter and granddaughter both said that I was great and it was a miracle that I could complete the climb.
Clarifying the Truth and Saving Sentient Beings
From 2005 to 2007, I attended five health conferences organized by different companies. The smallest conference had more than 200 attendees and the largest one had 7,000. In July 2005, the Jinwanxia company organized some senior citizens in Pingshan to have a mineral spring bath for free and I got an invitation. I thought that with so many people participating in the event, it was a good opportunity for me to clarify the truth and save sentient beings. So I decided to go.
The next day, as soon as I walked out of my house, I started to recite Lunyu. As soon as I boarded the bus, I sent forth righteous thoughts to eradicate all the evil factors and the poisoning factors of the CCP behind everyone sitting on the bus. While at a meeting, I sent forth righteous thoughts. That night it was arranged for me to stay in the same room as a retired kindergarten teacher of the military. After learning the truth, she withdrew from the CCP and also helped her husband to quit the CCP. I gave her some truth-clarification materials and also taught her some of the Falun Gong exercises.
As long as we fill our hearts with Dafa and think of saving sentient beings, we can clarify the truth while meeting with predestined people. The merciful field created when sending righteous thoughts will save people.
Through many years of cultivation practice, I truly realized that we must walk on the righteous path, cultivate ourselves well, deny the old forces' arrangements and only walk on the path that Teacher arranged for us. I will solidly and diligently do well the three things that Teacher asks us to do in the remaining time so that I can go home with Teacher soon.
