(Clearwisdom.net) After holding a series of large-scale activities for two days, more than 1,500 Falun Gong practitioners gathered on June 25, 2006 at the Symphony Center on the shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago to hold the annual Mid-US Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. A congratulatory message from revered Master was received and read aloud in the late morning.

Seventeen Dafa disciples shared their experiences, many of them new practitioners. They shared how they obtained the Fa and their experience of doing well the three things and keeping up with the process of Fa-rectification. Li Tang from Chicago took the path of cultivation after witnessing his mother's tremendous changes after practicing Falun Dafa and experiencing Dafa's mighty power. He talked about tests he has experienced on the path of cultivation, and how he realized everything in study, life and work is within the cultivation of Dafa. Western practitioner Jose shared his experience of making improvement in Xinxing and other aspects since he started practicing Falun Dafa three years ago. His paper was entitled "I'm Three Years Old."
Seventy-three year-old Ms. Kang from Missouri shared her experience of doing well the three things in the environment she is in, and her understanding of harmonizing family life. She encouraged fellow practitioners at the end of her speech by saying, "We must believe in Master and the Fa, and walk well the path Master has arranged for us."

Teresa from Illinois is a new practitioner who started practicing Falun Dafa four months ago. She had misunderstandings about Dafa before. She read Zhuan Falun out of curiosity, and there occurred a miraculous phenomenon, which overcame her concept of atheism that has formed for years. After reading the book repeatedly for a month, she decided to start practicing cultivation. She shared her experience of personal cultivation and validating Dafa, and how she got rid of fear guided by Dafa.
Mr. Wu from Chicago started practicing Falun Dafa six months ago. He shared his experience of distributing truth clarification materials, spreading the Nine Commentaries, and clarifying the truth to Chinese people in front of the Chinese Consulate and in Chinatown. When encountering difficulties, he keeps in mind, "I'm a Falun Dafa disciple, I'm validating the Fa." With his righteous thoughts and righteous actions, things took a favorable turn.
In order to help more American people learn about the truth, and to gather support for an independent investigation into the CCP's crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, five practitioners formed a Southeastern US Car Tour team. The team spent nine days visiting 17 cities in seven states. The practitioners shared their cultivation experience during this truth clarification tour. In such opportunities of validating Dafa, clarifying the facts and saving sentient beings, Dafa disciples constantly rectify themselves and walk toward maturity.

Young practitioners from the Minghui School in the Mid-US area gathered together. They recited Lunyu [preface of Zhuan Falun] in their young, pure voices. They also sang together a song composed by Dafa practitioners entitled "Spreading Lotus Flowers." Their performance won warm applause from the audience. The youngest practitioner was only three and a half years old. With help of Minghui School teachers and their parents, these young practitioners were able to recite Lunyu, and in this way, they reported to compassionate Master and practitioners from around the world their cultivation state.
The Fa conference concluded at around 5:00 p.m.
