On February 20, 2006, police from the Mao County Department arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Mrs. Ye Guilan and her husband Lai Daoquan, and another practitioner. Their whereabouts are currently unknown.
3. [Beijing City] Mr. Yang Le and Others Have Been Missing for Several Days
Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Yang Le, Mr. and Mrs. Huang, and Ms. Li have been missing since the evening of February 19, 2006. We think they must have been arrested.
4. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Ms. Shi Yuhua Tortured to the Point of Dying
On December 20, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Shi Yuhua and twenty eight fellow practitioners were arrested and detained in the Changde City First Detention Center. She is dying from being severely tortured.
Another Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Guo Zhaoqing detained in Linli County Detention Center is facing a ten year prison term.

6. [Huinan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Jun Tortured in Changchun City Women's Forced Labor Camp
It has been confirmed that Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xu Jun from Huinana County has been tortured by being locked in a small cell (1) many times since being detained in the Changchun City Women's Forced Labor Camp in December 2005. Her family went to visit her before January 29, 2006 (Chinese New Year), but guards did not allow the visit.

(1) "Small cell" - The detainee is locked up in a very small cell individually. The guards handcuff practitioners behind their backs in a fixed position. The practitioners can neither move nor lie down. The small cell is very damp and no sunshine comes in. Detainees have to urinate and defecate in the cell. Only half of a regular meal is served to detainees locked up in a small cell during the daytime. During the night rats run around. The stench in the small cell is so bad that it is difficult to breathe.
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Manfen Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor
On October 7, 2000, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Manfen was arrested when appealing at Tiananmen Square. She had been detained since October 10, 2000 in a county detention center. Because she spoke the truth, she had been sentenced to two years of forced labor with the fabricated excuse of "disturbing the social order." She had been sent to the Changchun City Women's Forced Labor Camp on December 4, 2000, where she was tortured with fifteen hours of forced heavy labor every day, and constant brainwashing. She was released one year early (in 2001).
8. [Pingyuan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Qinglan (in Her 50s) Arrested
On the afternoon of February 21, 2006, police from Encheng Town Station stormed into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Qinglan's home in Dongyantai Village, Shilipu Town, Pingyuan County. They ransacked her home and arrested her. Later they took her from the Station to the State Security Division of the County Police Department, where she was tortured by being tied to a chair overnight. Ms. Wang Qinglan is still detained in the State Security Division.

9. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Mrs. Shi Yuling Arrested
On the evening of February 21, 2006, at around 6-7 p.m., more than ten policemen from Beishiwu Station of Langfang City stormed in Falun Dafa practitioner Mrs. Shi Yuling's home by climbing a ladder on top of the roof and forcibly arresting Mrs. Shi Yuling. Her family members tried to stop the illegal arrest, but were all held down on the ground by policemen. Policemen sent Mrs. Shi to a brainwashing class located in the Jiaotong Hotel.
Mrs. Shi Yuling's husband Wang Fenghai (also a practitioner) is locked in the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp because he went to Xianghe County to rescue Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Shaoqiu on February 5, 2006.

10. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Cao Baoyu, Ms. Zhou Xiuzhen and Ms. Zhang Ruihua Arrested
Many Falun Dafa practitioners from the Langfang City area were arrested because they went to rescue detained fellows in Xianghe County. Ms. Cao Baoyu, Ms. Zhou Xiuzhen, and Ms. Zhang Ruihua were released under righteous thoughts. At around 7:00 a.m., police from the local Station and City Departments stormed in these practitioners' homes, arrested the three practitioners, and put Ms. Liu Yajie and Ms. Fang Yaqin under house arrest, causing them to lose their normal lives.
11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Zuo Weihua (male) Harassed Falun Dafa Practitioners Repeatedly
In late December 2005, Zui Weihua and Hu Xiaopang (male, from the same village) stormed in Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Xu Yanlin's home, notified Neighborhood Security, and tried to have Mr. Xu arrested. He also broke into Mr. Xu's house many times to harass him, but he failed to have Mr. Xu arrested every time. In the middle of January 2006, Zuo Weihua once again led the Neighborhood Security and police from the local Station to arrest Mr. Xu Yanlin but they failed again. They then stormed into another Falun Dafa practitioner's home, ransacked the place, and took away the Falun Dafa materials.
12. [Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Detained in Fushun City Second Prison
Falun Dafa practitioners detained in Fushun City Second Prison are all locked in small cells with handcuffs and ankle shackles. They have been tortured this way for several months, and they do not have enough to eat.
Mr. Li Shangshi, 59, lived in the Forestry Family Housing Building in 141, on Xinglin Street, in Xinglongtai District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. He was sentenced to fourteen years in prison, and his stomach is damaged due to brutal force-feedings when he was protesting with hunger strikes.
Mr. Cui Jian, 40, lives in Twelfth Building in 171, on Nanbazhong Street, in the Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. He was sentenced to ten years in prison.
Mr. Zhang Shiwen, 50, lives in the Lianshan District of Huludao City, Liaoning Province, and was sentenced to five years in prison.
Mr. Hu Yongli, 44, lived on Chengdong Street, in Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province, and was sentenced to six years in prison.
Mr. Geng Chunlong, 34, lives in Qiantai Village, Huzhuang Township, Dashiqiao City, Liaoning Province. He has been sentenced to ten years in prison.
Mr. Zhang Jinsheng, lives in the 7th Group of Hunhe Street, in Qingyuan Town, Qingyuan County, Fushen City. He has been sentenced to thirteen years in prison. His older brother is Zhang Jinbo and his daughter is Zhang Rui.
Mr. Wang Jingchun, 38, lives in Qingduizi Village, in Shoushan Township, Liaoyang County, Liaoyang City. He has been sentenced to ten years in prison, and was locked in a small cell once.
Mr. Wang Hongjun, 33, lives in the Lijia Township, in Hulan County, Heilongjiang Province. He was sentenced to thirteen years in prison. His older sister Wang Liying lives in Fushun City.
Mr. Xu Dawei, 33, lives in Yinggemen Township, Qingyuan County, Fushen City. He has been sentenced to eight years in prison, and has been locked in a small cell twice.
13. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Minghuan and Others Arrested and Tortured
At around 10:00 p.m. on the evening of February 10, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yu Minghuan from Fanzhai Village, Fanzhai Township, Guan County had just gone to bed when more than ten policemen climbed over the wall, broke her house windows, kicked open her bedroom door, cuffed her (when she was only wearing long underpants), and carried her onto a vehicle waiting outside of her village.
Ms. Yu was clarifying the truth to policemen on the way, but the evil man pulled out a bundle of wheat greens, and stuffed her mouth with the wheat roots full of dirt. Her husband took a comforter to the Fanzhai Township government office, but policemen chased him out, resulting in Ms. Yu freezing overnight. She was sent to Guan County Detention Center the next day. Ms. Yu was previously very healthy, but she felt chest pain, her hands were shaking, and she is still detained.
As of February 21, 2006, the following Falun Dafa practitioners have been detained in Guan County Detention Center: Ms. Yu Minghuan, Ms. Tang Zhen'e, and Ms. Sun Yueqin. The following practitioners are locked in a brainwashing class: Ms. Yang Zhaoling, Ms. Zhang Aixian, Mr. Wang Baohe.
14. [Beijing City] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Kong Fanfen, Retired First Class Researcher in the China Science Academy, Arrested and Missing
15. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fu Guiqin and Others Arrested
On February 11, 2006, CCP Yilan County Secretary Liu Wenbin (male) directed the arresting of Falun Dafa practitioners in the County. They ransacked Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Guo Jingfen's home in Sandaogang Town, and Ms. Wang Yufeng, Ms. Duan Shuhua, Ms. Li Jing's homes in Beixing Village, Sandaogang Town. They arrested these four practitioners, and detained them in Yilan County Second Detention Center. At around 7:00 p.m. on the same day, they ransacked Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Fu Guiqin's home, arrested her, and detained her.

16. [Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Detained in the Eighth Ward of Harbin City Women's Prison Tortured Again
On January 17, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners detained in Harbin Women's Prison refused to wear the prison uniform and requested to be released unconditionally, but they were tortured again because of their reasonable act. Guards locked Ms. Jia Shuying and Ms. Li Xiuhua in small cells, which are very cold and humid so people need to wear coats in July and August. Practitioners have been locked in the small cell for several months at a time, even nine months duration. Those who were not locked in the small cell were tortured by being cuffed onto the bed frames, and being deprived of sleep. Brutal beatings given to whomever closed their eyes.
17. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liang Shuxiang Arrested Again
On February 4, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liang Shuxiang was arrested again by Qianjiaying Town Government 610 Officers and police from the local station. They directly sent her to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp without any legal procedures, and tortured her and sentenced her later to three years of forced labor.
18. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Jiang Huichan Arrested
On the morning of February 21, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jiang Huichan, 73, was clarifying the truth at the market at around 7:00 a.m. when she was arrested by a policeman hiding there. Policemen ransacked her home at around 7:40 a.m. and did not find anything. Ms. Jiang Huichan was detained in the Puning City Detention Center at around 6:00 p.m. and has been there since that day.

19. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Ying and Others Arrested
At around 9:00 a.m. on February 21, 2006, more than ten people from the Qinglongchang Police Station, Qinglongchang Neighborhood Administration, and the 610 Office went to Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Ying's home in Qinglong Garden and arrested Ms. Liu Ying and two other practitioners who were taking care of Ms. Liu Ying.
Ms. Liu Ying was arrested in September 2005, and was locked in a brainwashing class in Chenghua District. She was released home on January 18, 2006, but suffered from a mental collapse only several days later. She talked disorderedly, spit everywhere, and urinated in the rooms. She could not take care of herself at all. Falun Dafa practitioners went to help her in her house, but were arrested on February 21.
