Practitioner Mr. Liu Jianwen of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, Dies at 38 as a Result of the Persecution (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Liu Jianwen, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, passed away on October 17, 2006, after being persecuted for many years. He was 38.

Five People from One Family Detained; Ms. Zhao Yinglan Dies at 69 Due to Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zhao Yinglan was from Jiansanjiang Farm, Heilongjiang Province. Five people in her family were illegally detained for their belief in Falun Gong and following the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." On March 20, 2006, Ms. Zhao's daughter-in-law, Ms. Cao Xiufang, was arrested again. Because of all the sorrow, worry, and pain she went through, Ms. Zhao died on June 16, 2006.

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 8, 2006, policemen Liu Zhongping and Liu Feng from Kangping local police station in Lishu County, Jilin Province, arrested practitioner Mr. Meng Xiangqi. They also took away his personal ID card, a bank deposit card with 400 yuan on it, and 800 yuan in cash. Mr. Meng was illegally sentenced to six years of imprisonment. To this day his family has not been notified of the sentence.
