(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Hu Weiping, an employee of Hengyang City Petroleum Company in Hunan Province, was a kindhearted person. On December 27, 2004, he died from complications of injuries he sustained during a beating by the state security police.

The new regulations for the officials that were formulated in the Dalian City Forced Labor Camp in July, 2003 state that, "No one is allowed to beat, swear, physically punish, or insult at will the people who are being reeducated through forced labor in the camp." However, the camp officials didn't dare to announce this regulation to the camp, nor is it enforced.
