The theme of this activity was to express gratitude to Japanese people for their support in rescuing Ms. Yoko Kaneko and call for support to bring Jiang, the chief perpetrator of the persecution to justice. Yoko had been unreasonably imprisoned for one year and six months in China. After she returned Japan, she introduced to Japanese people from all walks of life her personal experiences of being inhumanly tortured during her imprisonment in China. She also called on the entire Japanese society to support the lawsuits filed in a number of countries against Jiang Zemin.
During Yoko's imprisonment in China, Falun Gong practitioners from the Kinki area held series of rescue activities and widely explained the persecution facts to people from different circles. This allowed many local people to learn about the Jiang group's brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. In particular, the persecution suffered by Yoko, wife of a Japanese man, allowed many Japanese people to learn more about the persecution happening in China. Many tourists took the initiative to sign the petition and requested more information after reading practitioners' flyers or looking at the display boards. In addition to Japanese tourists from other areas, there were also tourists from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and western countries.
Kinki practitioners have been persistently clarifying the truth to Chinese people, especially those from Mainland, which allowed them to understand more and more about the persecution facts. It appears that more and more Chinese people are eager to learn about Falun Dafa.
A group of young people from China suddenly glanced at the words "Falun Gong" in the truth-clarifying flyers that practitioners handed to them, one of them excitedly shouted to his accompaniers, "Falun Gong! Falun Gong! There is Falun Gong here!" A practitioner gave each of them a copy of truth-clarifying video CD, but they didn't seem satisfied. They eagerly asked, "Do you have other materials?"
As the evil factors are constantly eliminated, people become more and more awakened.
