Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

The following is an excerpt from the article "Dafa Rectified My Life Journey."

I stepped onto the path of cultivation at the beginning of 1999. Soon, the illegal persecution started on July 20. First, I started to clarify the truth to my friends and family members. Two of them became Dafa practitioners. I also clarified the truth through my business relationships. I tried not to miss a single customer. I gave them materials that explained the facts, which made many of them suddenly realize the reality of the situation. Some of the predestined among them became Dafa cultivators. During the evening, I took truth-clarification materials door to door. I told people the truth calmly and fearlessly, with the heart of a divine being. If my actions are righteous, and if I truly put down attachments, Master is always there with me.

The following is an excerpt from the article "Walking Out of the Evil Den a Second Time."

I am a female Falun Dafa practitioner in China, and I am 58 years old. On September 30^th, 2002, my family and I were busy with our fall harvest. That day, three police officers from the Township Police Station stormed into my house, found several truth-clarification materials, and then took me away to the Town Police Station. I told them the facts about the situation. One person walked in front of me and said, "I know all Falun Dafa practitioners are good people. I have read a lot of those materials about you practitioners. I refuse to go arresting Falun Gong practitioners anymore." Later, the police sent me to a detention center. I sent forth righteous thoughts continuously, studied the Fa, and practiced the exercises every day together with my fellow practitioners. I walked out of the evil den in two weeks.

The following is an excerpt from the article "Looking at the Tests in Our Workplace With Righteous Thoughts."

In the middle of 2001, the company I worked for received an order from the government, saying that all employees have to sign a declaration to "Not belong to a (Jiang's slanderous term omitted)." I found that although this declaration did not specifically mention Dafa, its meaning was obvious. I decided not to cooperate with signing this declaration and resign from the company. I utilized this incident to clarify the truth to my colleagues. Starting from the officers in Personnel, I told them the facts about why I had to resign. I then told my colleagues and the CEO of the company. Many people learned the truth. On my last day of work at the company, many colleagues wished me luck. In the end, I stopped working in this company, and devoted myself to my new job of validating Dafa.

Experience Sharing Papers From the Taiwan Fa-conference.

The following is an excerpt from "Cultivation Story of a Taiwanese Dafa Practitioner."

I had rheumatism during high school, and could not walk. Finally, it was temporarily cured, but after that one of my feet was longer than the other. While I was under the care of my second sister, all of my old ailments reemerged at once. I could not sleep. The doctor said I had bone spurs and derencephalocele. Ever since I started cultivating Falun Dafa, I have been completely reborn. All my abnormal conditions, such as migraines, susceptibility to catching colds, and even the differing lengths of my two feet have all been cured.

Facts of the Persecution

My husband and I were arrested and brought to the 2^nd Detention Center on May 15, 2002. I sent forth righteous thoughts and recited Teacher's articles during those more than 70 days. One day, my heart beat very fast, and I felt nauseous, which appeared to be symptoms of coronary disease. I was put on parole for medical treatment. My husband was illegally sentenced to three years of labor camp, and was jailed in the Wanjia Concentration Team, the Changlinzi Labor Camp, and the Wanjia Hospital. He was tortured to the point where his life was in danger, and he could not walk. My healthy, strong husband has become an "old man."

On October 13, 2002, police stormed into my home, arrested me and forced me to go to the Yilan County No.1 Detention Center in Heilongjiang Province. I had a 2-inch long gash on my head, that was bleeding badly. The Director of the Center Sun and some police officers beat me up relentlessly, and encouraged prisoners to abuse me. I was wounded all over after the prisoners inflicted 2 or 3 rounds of torture on me. The police sent me to the 2^nd Detention Center on my third day there, where I was illegally detained for more than two months. More than 20 thousand Jin (500g = 1Jin) of potatoes were left frozen at my home, and our starch business was thus forced to close down. Financially, we lost more than 5,000 Yuan [10 months average urban worker's salary]. The mental and physical hardships are beyond description.

One Falun Dafa practitioner in Taikang County, Henan Province, who became destitute and homeless in order to avoid being illegally arrested at home, happened to be seen by police from Taikang County in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province during the 16^th Party Congress period. Starting the very next day, many police spent several days frantically searching for him in Zhengzhou City. A Dafa practitioner's family and relatives including mother, several uncles, and brothers were illegally interrogated. Police also waited in his home for several days, attempting to arrest him.

The following is an excerpt from the article, "Use Carefully the Title, 'Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.'"

He Zuoxiu had his glory several decades back by producing some laughable theories based upon communist thought and by slinging insults at others. That was at a time when politics took precedence over everything else. Now, he has loudly attacked a peaceful faith, and won the recognition of a dictatorship. He always stands on the side of power, taking no risks while expressing his "frank opinions" on a topic. This is indeed low and shameful.
