When Dafa practitioner Liu Yulian went to the market in Loucun Town, she distributed truth-clarifying materials to the common people. She was tracked and discovered by police at her relative's home because of carelessness. Police forcefully dragged her into the street, where in broad daylight, six or seven police beat her entire body until she was bleeding profusely. The blood splashed on the police. 2. Kidnapping Dafa practitioners for hanging an "inappropriate Spring Festival couplet" in their home
Xia Xuesong and other six policemen from Laishui County, Hebei Province illegally intruded into Dafa practitioners Liu Chunyu and Dong Yanjun's home three times. They loudly quarreled and shouted and arbitrarily searched the home. However, they did not find any evidence they wanted. Then they asked these two practitioners who had hung the scrolls on the street and who wrote Dafa truth clarifying statements. These two practitioners seriously said that they did not know and did not obey them. This group of police found a Spring Festival couplet that read, "Save yourself, save others and save all beings." Xia Xuesong said the content of the Spring Festival couplet was not appropriate. Then they arrested Liu and Dong, threw them into the detention center and tortured them for this "inappropriate" couplet. At present, the situation of these two Dafa practitioners is unknown.
