Colin Powell conceded in his testimony to the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee yesterday that Washington faced an uphill battle in getting a resolution critical of China tabled at the UN Human Rights Commission. "We will be aggressively pushing the resolution in Geneva. It will be tough," said the US Secretary of State. "The situation is more difficult this year than it was last year, but we'll be giving it our every effort - I'll be spending a good part of my time, from the middle of March until the middle of April, to press the case."
