1. Personal Properties Arbitrarily Confiscated
Since last October, the following personal properties of Falun Gong practitioners in the Fu-da-kui village of Mei County have been confiscated:
Xiong Qin-yuan's bankbook of 16,000 Yuan, cash 400 Yuan and jewelries worthy of 20,000 Yuan.
Zing Fen-yu's color TV worth of 800 Yuan.
Zeng Qing-yun's color TV, VCD, and high-grade cassette Player.
Chen Guo-xian's color TV, VCD and cassette player.
Guo Yuan-fen's cassette player, VCD, and VCD speaker.
Chen Jin-chang's color TV, motorcycle, cassette player and cash 750 Yuan.
Chen Guo-zhen's motorcycle and color TV.
2. Arbitrary Detention and Forced Labor
Guo Yuan-fen, a people's representative in Mei-zhou City, has been in custody since she got arrested when appealing in Beijing on last September 27. She was sentenced to two years of forced-labor "education" in the Shan-shui labor camp of Guangdong Province in last December.
Li Mei-ping, a deputy judge of the Mei-jiang District People's Court of Mei-zhou City, over 40 years old. She had been detained for 30 days for having gone to Beijing to appeal in last October. Afterwards, she was expelled from the Party, and her rank was reduced. Because she continued to practice Falun Gong and introduce Falun Gong to others, she was sentenced to 3 years of forced labor this January.
Chen Wen-dan was handed a sentence of one year of forced-labor after 15 days of administrative detention and 30 days of criminal detention.
Zhang Xiao-yun got 2 years of forced-labor after serving 15 days of administrative detention and two terms of criminal detention of 60 days.
Chen Yun-xian was given two administrative detention for 30 days and two criminal detention of 60 days.
Qiu Shi-jun, Chen Guo-xian, Zeng Feng-yun, Zeng Chun-yun, Zeng Jin-yun, Zeng Qing-yun, Zeng Xiao-ning, Zeng Xiao-man and Zeng Qun-hui were each given 15 days of administrative detention and 30 days of criminal detention.
Ling Lan-hua, Luo Li-qiong, Huang Hui-xiang and Chen Jin-chang were each given 15 days of administrative detention.
