On Tuesday, Oct. 24th, the authorities brutally persecuted Dafa practitioners, once again revealing their true nature.
After entering the courtroom, they sentenced 12 Falun Dafa practitioners from Tianqiao district to 3 years in a labor camp. Among them were Shuzhong Zhang, Jiner Mi, Ronghuan Xie, Limin Feng, Xiaohong Guo, Lin Shi, Fang Liang, Zhaoqin Meng, Qing Ma and Yi Sun. These practitioners have sacrificed a lot for Falun Dafa. Some of them were arrested because of appealing in Beijing, some for distributing materials for clarifying the true facts of Falun Dafa, some for spreading Teacher's articles, and some for communicating with other practitioners.
These 12 practitioners received their harsh sentences with smiles on their faces. The smiles came from their hearts, and were so peaceful and calm they deeply shocked everyone present. All the practitioners present in the courtroom were moved, feeling both happy and worried. They were happy because another group of Dafa practitioners had broken free from their "humanness" by facing evil with a good mentality; they were worried because even with the sacrifices of so many, other practitioners still cannot wake up, let go of their attachments, and step forward.
The practitioners who were being taken away called out loudly "Falun Dafa is good!"
After the names and great deeds of our fellow practitioners were announced, other practitioners in the courtroom watched them go with a feeling of great reverence, and spontaneously began to recite,
"Nothing Left When Alive: one has no desire for this world. When approaching death, one has lingering thought for this life on earth. By emptying all these foolish ideas, Buddhahood certainly is near."

All the policemen, guards, family members, and the attending public were struck dumb with astonishment by the awe-inspiring righteousness of "Nothing Left When Alive." The policemen seemed lost in contemplation until the Dafa practitioners who were sentenced to the labor camp walked down from the stage. Then the police jumped down, grabbed several Dafa practitioners from the crowd, and quickly took them away.
The court's injustice and brutality made the practitioners feel very sad. They felt frustrated by their inability to accumulate enough power through "improving and upgrading holistically" to eliminate the evil suppression.
Our teacher is benevolent. He sacrifices and endures for us; he prolongs the time of completion again and again, just waiting for us to wake up and be enlightened. More and more practitioners are also sacrificing and enduring, and using the example of their lives to encourage other practitioners to step forward to validate Dafa, eliminate the evil completely and fulfill their important responsibility of assisting Teacher in his secular journey.
Our teacher has great compassion for us. The Gods are watching us; our parents in heaven are longing for us; those fellow practitioners who are sacrificing for Dafa are waiting for us: all of these are arranged for us today. As a particle of Dafa, what excuse can there be for not taking responsibility for Dafa? Fellow practitioners, do not let your acquired notions and attachments block your way home and cause you to be regretful forever.
