From a practical standpoint, International issues are not typically addressed at the local level from what I have seen so far. However, as a prospective community leader I do support freedom of religion and freedom of expression and I am personally appalled by the treatment of both Falun Gong members and other activists in China (and elsewhere) who peacefully practice freedom of expression.
