On October 10, Taiwan's National Day, practitioners in Taipei formed small groups and visited numerous places to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to the public. One place we went where there was a sea of people was the Zhongzheng Memorial, where the Folk Art Festival for National Day was held.
I took a stack of materials and distributed them to the tourists who rushed into the memorial. From their eyes and smiles I could see their support and affirmation for Dafa; I was sincerely very happy for them! Some asked for the materials; some found one copy was not enough, and turned back to get more. Some who were pushed away by the huge crowd of people frequently turned their heads back for the materials. I don't know how to describe my feeling when I saw people take the materials and mutter to themselves: "Falun Gong...." If these materials can help them form a good opinion of Falun Dafa, change their previous thoughts and understand the truth of Dafa, want to learn more, or perhaps even bring them to cultivate, ... words could not express how moved and gratified I would be.
Taiwan practitioners' large-scale promotion of Dafa was embraced by the festive atmosphere of the National Day in Taiwan on October 10. This forms a strong contrast to what happened in Beijing just ten days earlier. Both of them are National Days for Chinese people, and in both cases Dafa practitioners maintained the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. How can the difference be so enormous?
I believe that only by letting more people know the truth of Falun Gong, people will be less confused by the slanders from Jiang Zemin. With the unbeatable power of compassion, consciousness and justice will arrive in the Divine Land again, and then can Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance be deeply rooted in every corner of the world.
