Recently in China, police arrested and detained more than 1,000 Falun Gong practitioners. Meanwhile, the divine beings in this earthy world that help protect Dafa sacrificed their lives one after another for the purification and rectification of Fa. Hearing and seeing what has happened in China, we in Japan would like to appeal to all and to salute our fellow practitioners over there. We offer our greatest respect to those who gave their lives for the dignity of Dafa. Through rock solid righteousness, we are dusting off the hearts of the ordinary people in the world and repelling all the vicious beings that must pay through ever-lasting sufferings for what they have done wrong!
At the group exercise this morning on October 8, we decided to hold a candlelight vigil that evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on a beach. So we hurried up and put together a display board posting the names of the 57 practitioners who lost their lives for Dafa. Blessed by the ultra powerful Dafa, we all were able to get to the seashore on time, with only one day of preparation for the candles and banners. We sat in a circle for this candlelight vigil under the clear sky and bright moonlight, although the weather forecast predicted a good chance of rain.
Across the sea is the motherland China where our fellow practitioners give up fame, gain, and even their lives for the sake of truth. Over there, the good and the evil are still competing, while dark clouds cover the constantly shrinking Heaven and Earth. Here on the other side overseas, Heaven is high and Earth is wide with more and more voices supporting Dafa. Here we enjoy the fundamental and holy right of freedom of belief. Here we are free to express our firm belief in Falun Dafa as well as to show our strong support to the fellow practitioners in China.
Pure white and crystal-like candlelight is telling the true stories of what has happened there across the sea. Every sentence is touching our hearts and every word seems to come from the tears and blood of those 57 Chinese practitioners. The candlelight tells of the heaven-and-earth-shaking and god-fearing stories of each and every one of the practitioners.
To deserve Master's salvation efforts, to honor our own holy promise, and to be entitled as a Dafa Practitioner, we hereby shall merge into the Fa and help the Teacher rectify it in this human world. We shall cherish this sacred predestined relationship with Dafa as more precious than our own lives.
Bright and peaceful candlelight is silently presenting the brave but sad stories of those 57 practitioners who died after suffering extreme persecution by China's police and/or public security officers. As a particle in the Great Fa, each of us is quietly guarding Dafa's purity and dignity too.
