Australia: Falun Gong Practitioners Submit a Watch List to the Police, Ask that Bo Xilai Be Denied Entry (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On September 4, 2007, prior to the APEC
summit to be held in Sydney, Falun Gong practitioners submitted an
open letter to the Australian Federal Police requesting that human
rights criminal Bo Xilai be denied entry. They also presented a
watch list which included eight people who were largely responsible
for the persecution of Falun Gong. Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan and Bo
Xilai are on the watch list. The practitioners asked the police to
prohibit these human rights criminals from entering Australia and
deport them as soon as they arrive.
Taiwan Central Radio Station: As APEC Summit Goes on Stage, Falun Gong Protests the CCP's Atrocities Outside Meeting Sites

Station reported on September 5, 2007 that while the Asia-Pacific
Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit is being held in Sydney,
Australia, there will be many activities and protests outside the
meeting sites. Over the past few days, Falun Gong practitioners,
who have been suffering persecution by the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) for 8 years, have been holding banners in Hyde Park opposite
the Sheraton Hotel, where leaders from New Zealand, Chile and other
countries are staying. Falun Gong practitioners said that when
American President Bush and Chinese President Hu have a meeting on
Thursday, they will take to the streets to allow more people to see
their peaceful protests.
US Actor Richard Gere Calls on the CCP to Declare the Truth about their Human Rights Violations
(Clearwisdom.net) According to an Ireland online website report
dated September 3, 2007, famous US movie actor Richard Gere called
on the Beijing authorities to be "open" about its human rights
record in the run-up to the 2008 Olympic Games. He also called on
the Beijing authorities for a declaration of truth about the
persecution of Tibetan people and Falun Gong practitioners.
