Geneva, Switzerland: Exposing the Chinese Regime's Crimes Against Conscience During UN Human Rights Meeting (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 7, 2005, during the 61^st session of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, the Falun Gong Human Rights Working Group, the United Nations Association of the United States of America San Diego Chapter and the International Educational Development - Humanitarian Law Project jointly held a forum entitled, "Crimes Against Conscience - The Chinese Government's Persecution of Falun Gong." The purpose of the forum was to expose the persecution of Falun Gong during the past more than five years in China.

Australia: Before His Visit to China, Falun Gong Practitioners Urge Prime Minister to Help End the Persecution (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Australian Prime Minister Mr. John Howard will visit China at the end of April and sign trade agreements between the two countries. Before his departure, Falun Gong practitioners in Sydney held a candlelight vigil and urged Mr. Howard to put forward the Falun Gong issue to the Chinese government during his visit. Practitioners are requesting the Prime Minister's help in ending the persecution in China, and hope that he asks for the release of Falun Gong practitioners being imprisoned, including family members of Australian citizens.
