Police Learn the Truth About Falun Dafa on the Way to the Public Security Bureau

(Minghui.org) Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Dafa in 1999, the person in the position of chief of the National Security Division in my area has changed several times. Whenever the person in that position learned the truth about Falun Dafa and developed a correct understanding, he was transferred to a different position. 

Two years ago, a new chief was appointed. He still believed the CCP’s propaganda and was actively involved in the so-called “work” of persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. He led a group of police to a fellow practitioner’s home and searched the home, and he was disrespectful to Master. After hearing about this incident from the practitioner, I knew that we must clarify the truth to the new chief about Falun Dafa and the persecution. Only because he was deceived by the CCP, did he dare to persecute practitioners.

The next day, a group of police suddenly showed up at my home, led by the chief. I felt uneasy, as I had been arrested several times since the persecution began, and my family had suffered a lot as a result. I worried about what my children would think if I was arrested again, and worried about what people around me would think. The more I thought about this, the more uneasy I became. I begged Master to strengthen me, and I calmed down after a while.

I started talking to them about Falun Dafa. I said, “The persecution of Falun Dafa has been going on for many years. You must have learned something about Falun Dafa by now. There are so many disasters nowadays, and one is fortunate to survive them.” I told them that practicing Falun Dafa is legal, and persecuting Falun Dafa is illegal. They said that someone reported that I was distributing flyers, and they wanted me to go with them to the Municipal Public Security Bureau. I did not want to go and said, “Why? I didn’t break the law.” A young policeman said, “Look, we have so many policemen here. Just go and talk to them. You can come back after talking to them.” 

I thought, “He’s right. There are so many policemen here, and I would be unable to have exposure to them otherwise. So this is a good opportunity for me to clarify the truth to them and offer them Dafa’s salvation!” I went with them and got in their vehicle.

I asked Master to strengthen me as soon as I got in the vehicle, and I asked for Master’s help and the help of righteous gods to clear away all the evil factors in my space. I said in my mind, “I am Master Li Hongzhi’s disciple, and I want to follow my Master’s arrangement. I will correct myself in my cultivation if I have any insufficiencies. I don’t want anyone else to interfere with my cultivation. I am here to help Master save these lives; I am not here for them to persecute me.” 

The town where I lived is quite a distance from the city. Therefore, I wanted to use this opportunity to help these policemen understand the truth about Falun Dafa and to realize that the CCP is persecuting Falun Dafa. I wanted to help them be saved by Dafa. Doing so would also help reduce the severity of the persecution in our area.

As we drove to the city, the police chief asked me, “Can you tell me what Falun Dafa is about?” I told them, “Master came here is to save people in the last days. If Falun Dafa were not introduced to the human world, mankind would not have survived past 1999.” One officer was deeply moved and said, “I believe what you said.”

I told them, “Falun Dafa teaches people to follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to be kind and good people, and to return to their original nature. Practicing Falun Dafa has miraculous healing power.” I told them that I previously had many illnesses and had taken a lot of medicine, but the medicine did not heal my illnesses. I said that all my illnesses disappeared after I started cultivating Falun Dafa, and I have not taken even a single pill for more than 20 years. Falun Dafa has brought great benefit to the people and the country, without causing any harm. It was Jiang Zemin who, out of jealousy and fear, started persecuting Falun Dafa. The CCP regime has deceived many people into committing crimes against Falun Dafa and used a lot of people’s hard-earned money to persecute Falun Dafa. I told them that Falun Dafa is legal in every country in the world, has won more than 5,000 awards, and that Master was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. I told them that Falun Dafa has been introduced worldwide, and that our Master is respected by people of all ethnic groups around the world.

The chief then asked, “Besides improving health and teaching people to be good people, what other benefits does Falun Dafa have?” I said, “Falun Dafa is a cultivation way that allows people to return to their original true nature, to escape the cycle of birth, old age, illness and death, and to escape the cycles of reincarnation. The emperors of the past always wanted to find a way to immortality, but could not find it.”

I explained that the “Tiananmen self-immolation” event was staged to deceive people. I told them, “Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Li Dongsheng [formerly high-ranking CCP leaders], and others have received punishment for persecuting Falun Dafa, and Luo Jing is suffering in Hell for slandering Falun Dafa.” I asked them to “raise the barrel of their guns one centimeter higher” [referring to purposely not harming innocent people when ordered to shoot] and told them that it is their duty to do so. An officer said, “We have to earn money to feed our families.” I responded, “There is a difference between being passively and actively involved. You may choose to protect practitioners secretly. However, if you actively persecute Falun Dafa practitioners, will you have a future? How many days can you live?” He agreed. I continued, “You must treat Falun Dafa practitioners well, leave a way out for yourself, and at the same time accumulate merit for your future generations.”

They then asked, “Why do you print truth-clarification messages on paper money?” I said, “To save people.” He asked if it worked. I said, “Yes, it works. We wouldn’t do it otherwise.” He said, “Isn’t this against the law?” I said, “Running a red light is a violation of the traffic laws, but a 911-ambulance running a red light is not a traffic violation. It’s the same principle; saving lives is urgent.” He didn’t say anything. It was clear that he quietly agreed.

He asked again, “You can practice at home. Why do you go out and clarify the truth to others? I wouldn’t bother you no matter how much you practice at home.” I said, “We Falun Dafa practitioners have the mission of saving lives. Nowadays most people came from Heaven to learn the Fa, so it is not a small matter. Who would be willing to talk to people every day for more than 20 years without a valid reason? We have felt tired and mentally exhausted at times. However, if you committed crimes against Falun Dafa because I didn’t clarify the truth to you when I could, one day when you were punished, you would blame me for not telling you about Falun Dafa. I also had to overcome fear and stop worrying about myself before talking to you.” He didn’t say anything.

Later, they asked me why one should quit the CCP and its affiliated youth organizations. I hesitated a little but then I thought, “When they learn that the CCP is the real cult, they will not think that we are involved in politics.” I told them, “When a person joins the Party and its affiliated organizations, the CCP will stamp him with the mark of the beast, which is on his body in another dimension. The oath for joining the Party includes a statement that one dedicates one’s life to it.” An officer asked, “Is there such a statement in the oath?” I said, “Yes. A Buddha is compassionate to all beings. But the CCP wants one’s life. We are sons and daughters of China, and are descendants of Yan and Huang. We are not descendants of Marx and Lenin, right?” I then asked them to pay a visit to the Hidden Character Stone in Guizhou.

As our vehicle approached the Public Security Bureau, I said, “I have done my best to tell you about Falun Dafa and the persecution. Going to Heaven or Hell is your own choice.” They all said, “Heaven.” Upon hearing that they all chose a bright future, I felt relieved. When we arrived at the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the chief said, “We have listened to you really well all the way here.” I said, “Yes, you all listened very well. I am very happy today.”

I thought, “I have told them all I can; I have done my part.” With Master’s help, I was not afraid at all. I walked into the bureau with them, did not do much, and then walked out. They gave me the lightest ruling they could. In my mind I said to Master, “I don’t want to stay here for even one day.” 

In their later followup, I failed their physical examination and came back home the same day. The morning they came to my home, while I was sitting in meditation, a phrase jumped into my mind, “Pick up and drop off.” After returning home, I thought, “That’s right, I was picked up and brought back home the same day.” 

Later, that chief was transferred to a new post after he chose a bright future. He once told me, “People are all different; some people are just bad.” I knew he was talking about those who persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. I sincerely hope that all police officers can treat Dafa and Dafa practitioners kindly, receive Dafa’s salvation, and choose a bright future for themselves and their families.
