(Minghui.org) A fellow practitioner traveled to the Philippines one time and took part in a deep-sea expedition. She and a friend set off in a dinghy, which the locals called a crab boat. There were three other locals on board.
At first, the weather was clear and there was no wind or waves. When the boat reached the deep sea, however, the wind and waves suddenly started and their dinghy was thrown up and down.
The practitioner’s friend was so scared that he screamed, but she was calm and began reciting “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” The wave suddenly calmed down. Soon, another big wave came. She recited again and the sea calmed down once again. She was so grateful that Master Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Dafa, protected all five of them.
They went through the storm surge another dozen times. Whenever it went wild, she would recite the phrases, and the sea would calm down. The captain of the boat was puzzled because he had been out in these waters for years. This was the first time he got lost and encountered a situation like this. After a few hours, they safely arrived at their destination.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, “Only with the protection of the divine can everyone be safe and sound today!”
Driver Unscratched, Car Totaled
I often tell my sister about Falun Dafa, reminding her that she would be protected in times of danger by sincerely reciting “Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” She didn’t oppose it, but remained somewhat skeptical, until she had a car accident one day.
My sister drove to Hainan Province with her friend. On their way back, she felt panicky and uneasy. She said in her heart, “Master Li Hongzhi, I have a bad feeling that something bad will happen. Please protect me.”
After she got on the highway, days of traveling and fatigue caught up on her, and she felt very sleepy. Her sunglasses fell down from the dashboard. She did not think about it and lowered her head to pick it up. But her speed was too fast and her hand was off the wheel for a second. In no time, her car ran into the guardrail and rolled several times before stopping.
It took my sister and her friend a long while to get out of the car. The car was a completely write-off, and even the guard rail she hit was bent out of shape. But they were not injured at all, not even scratches.
* * * * * * *Falun Dafa is extraordinary and magnificent, and its mighty power reaches both the macrocosm and the microcosm. The case detailed in this article is just a tiny manifestation of the power of Dafa on the level of the secular world. While Dafa can bring blessings to humankind, Dafa’s extraordinariness and magnificence are more for people to return to their true origins.
