Falun Dafa practitioners were once again invited to participate in the Granny Smith Festival on October 15. One of the largest street festivals in Sydney, the event was paused for two years due to the pandemic. After resuming this year, it attracted over 90,000 spectators and many of them applauded the practitioners’ performances.

There are two Falun Dafa practice sites in Martinique: Des raisiniers beach in Trinité, at 9:30 every Saturday; and the beach at Corps de garde in Sainte-Lucie, at 9:30 on Sunday.
"The first time I heard about Falun Dafa was in China in 1999. Even though I knew many people practiced Dafa, I didn’t know much about it. I just thought they practiced to keep fit."
A 77-year-old man and his daughter were arrested in late September 2022 for their faith in Falun Gong. While the father has been released on bail, the daughter remains in custody and has been denied visitation from her lawyer. Her brother has been forced to live away from home to hide from the police.
