(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 8 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
1. [Arxan City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Three Practitioners Arrested
2. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Gao Wenlan Persecuted
3. [Guilin City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Mr. Li Yikun Arrested
4. [Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Gu Xiufang Arrested
5. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Yanjie Detained
6. [Shizuishan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region] Ms. Yu Dezhen Arrested
1. [Arxan City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Ma Xiuqin was arrested at her store by over 20 officers from the Arxan Domestic Security Division on March 4, 2020. Ms. Yang Xiaofang and Mr. Liang Zuohua were also arrested while shopping in the store.
The police ransacked Ms. Ma's store and home, and confiscated 200 yuan in paper bills with messages about Falun Gong printed on them, keepsakes, and other personal belongings.
Ms. Yang and Mr. Liang were later released.
2. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Gao Wenlan Persecuted
Ms. Gao Wenlan, 66, was arrested on June 29, 2019, and held in the Tonghua City Detention Center. She was sentenced to a three-year prison term with five years probation by the Liuhe County Court on January 19, 2020.
During the 207 days she was detained, Ms. Gao suffered tremendous pain and pressure physically and mentally due to persecution. She was released on January 21, after being fined 2,000 yuan.
3. [Guilin City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Mr. Li Yikun Arrested
Mr. Li Yikun was arrested at home by officers from the Xiangshan District Domestic Security Division and Ertang Police Station on February 6, 2020. His home was ransacked, and computers, printers, Falun Gong books and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong were confiscated.
Mr. Li was taken to the police station for interrogation, and subjected to 15 days of detention. He was later released because of the coronavirus epidemic.
4. [Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Gu Xiufang Arrested
Ms. Gu Xiufang was arrested at home by officers Zhu Fangming, Zhong Hang and two others from the Ganzhou City Domestic Security Division on February 3, 2020. She was taken to the police station for interrogation, and later transferred to a detention center.
Ms. Gu's home was ransacked by Zhu, Zhong, and Wu Guangyu from the Nanwai Police Station on February 27.

5. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Yanjie Detained
Ms. Li Yanjie was arrested by officers from the Longgang Police Department and Daqing City Police Department on March 12, 2020, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked.
The police confiscated printers, cell phones, memory cards, a large amount of materials, and other personal belongings. Ms. Li was taken to the Taikang Town Detention Center the following day for 20 days.
6. [Shizuishan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region] Ms. Yu Dezhen Arrested
Ms. Yu Dezhen and other practitioners were arrested by officers from the local Security Team on January 24, 2020, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to a police station for interrogation.
The police took Ms. Yu back to her home, and ransacked the place. They confiscated a memory card, picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and two cell phones.
Ms. Yu was taken to the Shizuishan Detention Center for 15 days.
