Insights Gained While Promoting Shen Yun

“When I was in Europe I shared with the practitioners there that I had originally hoped they would all get involved, as I had wanted to give them a chance to establish majestic virtue in the process, to really build up their foundations in cultivation, and rise higher through it all. But many practitioners hadn’t taken things I’d said very seriously. Yet by the time they realized how major this is and wanted to get involved, ticket sales were already going smoothly without them; tickets were being sold just by running ads and using online media. So when they wanted to get involved, the opportunities were gone. But that’s how cultivation is—it doesn’t wait for anyone.” (“2018 Fa Teaching Given in Washington, D.C.”)

After reading Master's Fa, I thought it beneficial to share what I saw with my third eye while sending forth righteous thoughts during this year's Shen Yun promotion.

Every year, I participate when promoting Shen Yun at the shopping malls. One day, I felt tired after work and did not want to rush over to the mall to cover my shift. I looked at Master's photo and asked for his help. I then felt that I should send forth righteous thoughts for 15 minutes.

I went into deep tranquility and saw Buddha with a thousand hands. He extended all of his hands to form a circle, which turned into a golden circular light. He vanished after 10 seconds. This was magnificent and sacred. I didn't know what it meant at the time, but felt encouraged and gained strength.

There were not many people at the mall that day. There were even fewer people after 8:00 p.m. I decided to sit down on a chair, but people started to stop at the booth. Some watched the Shen Yun trailers and took a flier, and some came to ask me questions about the show. They all looked calm and relaxed.

On my way back home, I thought about the Buddha I had seen while sending righteous thoughts. I came to understand that Dafa has set up an energy field for us to save sentient beings just like the thousand hands Buddha. He was everywhere and in harmony without omission. He has countless ways to save sentient beings.

Master wants me to establish my own mighty virtue when promoting Shen Yun, lay a good foundation in cultivation and elevate myself. Master was molding me as a practitioner when I went through hardships. I am one of the countless sentient beings that Dafa is saving. The Creator is most compassionate.
