1. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Kehui Harassed
Ms. Wang Kehui was harassed at home by a police officer and a person with the surname Li, from the Gaojing Town Comprehensive Management Office in the Baoshan District, on February 3, 2019.
Five or six officers took turns monitoring Ms. Wang between February 4-11. She was monitored again by two officers on February 23.
2. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ren Xiufan and Ms. Huang Shuhui's Homes Ransacked
Ms. Ren Xiufan and Ms. Huang Shuhui had their homes ransacked by Wang Yan, director of the Dafangshen Town Police Station, and five plainclothes officers on February 22, 2019. The police confiscated pictures of the founder of Falun Gong, computers, Falun Gong books, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.
Ms. Ren and Ms. Huang were not home at the time, and were forced to leave the area to avoid being arrested.
3. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yin Sen Detained
Ms. Yin Sen, from Jinxiu Community in the Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, moved to Australia about three years ago. When she returned to China on February 4, 2019, to visit her family, she was arrested at Shenzhen Customs and taken to the Dalian Detention Center.

4. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Ma Yuzhong's Case Referred to Court
Ms. Ma Yuzhong, in her 50s, was arrested on June 8, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is still being held in the Nanyang City Detention Center, and her case has been referred to the court.

5. [Duyun City, Guizhou Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Meng Xiangzhen, 40, and Ms. Luo Huangji, 72, were arrested by officers from the Luyin Police Station on December 30, 2018, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.
Ms. Huang Yuqing, 60, was arrested at the Duyun High-Speed Railway Station on November 30, 2018.
All three practitioners are being held in the Duyun Women's Detention Center.
6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] 134 Practitioners Detained
As of the end of February, 134 practitioners are still being detained in Dalian.
Seventy are incarcerated in the Liaoning Women's Prison. Eight are incarcerated in the Dongling Prison in Shenyang. They are Mr. Xia Yuanxin, Ms. Sun Guanghui, Mr. Liu Changhai, Mr. Qu Lianxi, Mr. Wang Youkai, Mr. Kong Qingchun, Mr. Guo Shuchun, and Mr. Zhang Shude.
Two are incarcerated in the Benxixihu Prison. They are Mr. Pan Hongting and Mr. Yan Shanwei.
Three are incarcerated in the Dalian City Prison. They are Mr. Liu Yazhou, Mr. Zheng Decai, and Mr. Liu Renqiu.
Six are incarcerated in unknown prisons. They are Mr. Wang Zhuang, Mr. Wang Shangjie, Mr. Zhang Renguang, Mr. Han Jianhai, Mr. Hao Fukui, and Mr. Liu Xiyong.
Ms. Liu Xia is incarcerated in Tangshan.
