After finishing the exercises, some practitioners shared stories of how Falun Dafa has transformed their lives.

Fabrizio has been practicing Dafa for five years. “A few months before I started practicing Dafa, I read a book about returning to one's origin. I immediately realized that I had to search for this. With that, I met Falun Dafa practitioners a few months later.”

He added how he changed after practicing Dafa.

“Before practicing, I was an introvert and there were obstacles in my relationships with my wife and others,” he said. “My situation was not very good when looked at from any point of view. After practicing Falun Dafa for one and a half years, I quit drinking. Now, I'm using a new angle to review my previous habits and retain only the good ones. As for those bad habits, they have gradually disappeared.”

Another practitioner, Diana, expressed her gratitude to Master.

She said, “I wish Master Li a happy Chinese New Year. No human language can express my infinite gratitude to Master for saving me. His teachings have given me confidence and a magnanimous heart, taught me how to truly distinguish between good and evil, and how to walk the path to return under the guidance of Falun Dafa. I will try my best to fulfill the mission entrusted by Dafa!”

Practitioners Erica and her daughter also sent their greetings to Master.

“My daughter and I wish Master a happy Chinese New Year,” she said. “We are extremely thankful to Master for showing us this Dafa that can guide us home, and also giving us opportunities again and again to rectify and improve ourselves. We will be more diligent and try harder to do the three things well so as to fulfill the sacred mission of saving sentient beings.”
