(Minghui.org) It happened in 1998, when my brother retired and started his own business transporting iron ore. He and his partners were crossing a bridge when their tractor crashed into the river below. It was a dry river full of rocks and debris. Three accidents had happened at the same location prior to theirs, and each time there was a fatality.
My brother's three partners suffered just a few cuts and scrapes, but he was badly injured. His watch was smashed, and the flashlight in his bag was crushed. He looked alright, but he could not move his limbs. There was no health facility in the area, and a person who used to work in a small clinic took a look at my brother and suspected that he might have suffered a fracture of his collarbone and his leg. That person wrapped his leg up with some herbs and sent him away.
My brother went to the big hospital in town one month later. X-rays showed a right leg fracture with abnormal healing. His right leg was two inches shorter than the left. An orthopedic doctor suggested surgery to break the bone and use metal screws to fix his leg. My brother was afraid of the surgery and left the hospital against medical advice.
My brother used to read Zhuan Falun, the main teachings of Falun Dafa, and do Falun Dafa exercises with me and my husband. He knew that Falun Dafa is good, but he was too busy making a living. When we learned of his accident, we knew that Master had saved his life.
We went to visit him and brought to him the book Zhuan Falun, and audio and videotapes of Master's Fa teaching. My brother was delighted to practice Falun Dafa again.
Ten days later when we visited him again, he came to open the door himself! He was walking without crutches! He was very excited and told us that he had a dream last night and that a voice told him that his legs were the same length again. He got up and it was true. “Master fixed my leg!”
He went back to the hospital and took another X-ray, which showed that his fracture was healed. There was no sign of a fracture line. The radiologist compared his before and after X-ray pictures and exclaimed: “If I did not see it with my very own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it! Falun Dafa is truly amazing!”
