(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 16 cities or counties in 10 provinces. According to this report, six Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 16 were illegally arrested.

Ms. Miao Chunlian from Zhenglan Banner received a summons on November 28, 2018, informing her that her case had been handed over to the Zhenglan Banner Court by the Zhenglan Banner Procuratorate.

Ms. Wang Yingjun was arrested on November 27, 2018, when she was distributing information about Falun Gong in the Kuancheng District. She is being held in Weizigou Detention Center.

4. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ding Shuqing Detained

Mr. Ding Shuqing from Baiyang Village, Luodai Town in the Longquanyi District, was arrested on October 5, 2018. His home was ransacked, and a computer, two printers, and paper bills with Falun Gong information printed on them were confiscated.

Mr. Ding is being held in the Pi County Detention Center.

Ms. Yang Linju from Yanjiang District was arrested at the Yanjiang branch of Construction Bank of China on the morning of November 27, 2018. She has since returned home.

Ms. Xiaolian was arrested.

7. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Aili Detained

Ms. Zhang Aili from the Shengli Oilfield was arrested on November 25, 2018, and her home was ransacked. She is being held in Liuhu Town, Dongying District.

Ms. Wang Qiao, from Ningjin Town, Rongcheng City, was arrested by officers from the Chishan Police Station on the morning of November 27, 2018. She is being held in the Rongcheng Detention Center.

Ms. Ren Xiuying and Ms. Wang Chuanying were tried on the morning of November 28, 2018.

10. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Fengchun Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Liu Fengchun from the Huangdao District was tried by the Huangdao Court on September 6, 2018. She was sentenced to a four-year prison term and fined 10,000 yuan on November 26.

11. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Jianchun Detained

Ms. Li Jianchun from Jimo City was arrested on November 22, 2018, when talking to people about Falun Gong. She was detained for 15 days.

12. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Yonglian Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yonglian was arrested by officers from the Shimenzhai Police Station on November 29, 2018, when talking to people about Falun Gong at the Shimenzhai Farmers' Market in the Haigang District.

13. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Guihua Detained

Ms. Liu Guihua from Yima City was arrested by officers from the Yima Police Department on November 15, 2018. She is being held in the Sanmenxia City Detention Center.

14. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Yang Jie Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Yang Jie was arrested on July 30, 2018. She was tried by the Xihu District Court on October 17 and sentenced to two years and eight months in prison.

15. [Jingzhou City, Hubei Province] Ms. Yang Chaoqin and Ms. Liu Xuecui Detained

Ms. Yang Chaoqin and Ms. Liu Xuecui from Songzi City were arrested by officers from the Mishi Town Police Station, Jiangling County, on November 27, 2018. They are being held in the Songzi Detention Center.

Ms. Wu Qun from the Banan District was arrested on the morning of November 28, 2018, when distributing information about Falun Gong.

18. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Wang Juxiang and her father, from Wuxing Village in the Jintai District, were arrested by officers from the Jingerlu Police Station on the morning of November 21, 2018. Her father was placed under administrative detention for ten days and held in Baoji City No. 2 Detention Center, while Ms. Wang was taken to the Lingyun Hotel.

Ms. Gao Xiaowei from Fengxiang County was arrested by four plainclothes officers on the evening of November 21. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Lingyun Hotel.
