(Minghui.org) Ms. Meng Huiling was arrested from a Falun Dafa study group on August 24, 2017. The six other practitioners arrested at the same time were released. Ms. Meng was detained at Arongqi Detention Center in Inner Mongolia and has been tortured.
The arrest was by Zhalantun 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division following command by Inner Mongolian government office.
Perpetrators from Zhalantun Procuratorate interrogated Ms. Meng. The propaganda department of Zhalantun published articles slandering Falun Gong on the local newspaper. Many levels of government organizations participated in the persecution.
