(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 24 cities or counties in 11 provinces. According to this report, 10 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 33 were illegally arrested.

1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jin Shuyue Sentenced to One Year and Six Months in Prison
Ms. Jin Shuyue, 68, from the Lushun area, was arrested on June 28, 2016. She was tried with nine other local practitioners from January 17 to January 19, 2017. She was released on bail at the end of January.
Ms. Jin was again arrested on July 20, 2017. She was given a one-year-and-six-month prison term.
2. [Tianjin] Mr. Guo Chengru Officially Placed Under Arrest
Mr. Guo Chengru was arrested by officers from Taoyuan Police Station, Hexi District, on August 25, 2017. He was officially placed under arrest on September 8. He is held at the Wushuidao Detention Center, Hexi District.

Mr. Zhang Zhongfu was arrested and taken to a detention center on September 12, 2017.

Ms. Wu Xiumei from Jinshi Town was followed when she spoke to people about Falun Gong. She was arrested at home on September 8, 2017, and her home was ransacked. She is held at the Longkeng Detention Center, Chao'an District.

5. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Han Zhongxiang Detained
Ms. Han Zhongxiang from the Zhinongli area, Zhifu District, was arrested at home by officers from Laishan Police Station on the morning of September 15, 2017. Her home was ransacked. She is held at Fushan Detention Center.
6. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Gao Shunting Arrested
Ms. Gao Shunting, in her 50s, was followed and arrested on September 1, 2017.
She was previously arrested in August 2017 by officers from Jiangnan Police Department. She was detained for 15 days.
7. [Beijing] Ms. Kan Shufeng Arrested
Ms. Kan Shufeng from the Datun area was arrested at home on the morning of September 1, 2017. The police ransacked her home and confiscated three printers, two computers, and Falun Gong books. Her whereabouts are unknown.
8. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Huang Yuying Detained
Ms. Huang Yuying was arrested around September 13, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was taken by officers from Xiwumalu Police Station to the Weizigou Detention Center for 10 days of detention. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated many Falun Gong books.
9. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhang Tianlong Arrested
Mr. Zhang Tianlong was arrested.
10. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Chen Jianhua Arrested
Mr. Chen Jianhua was arrested by officers from Jinyan Police Station on the evening of September 14, 2017. The officers did not present a search warrant, yet they ransacked his home. They confiscated over 20 Falun Gong books, over 10 weeklies, and over 20 amulet cards. Mr. Chen was released on the afternoon of September 16.
11. [Pi County, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Min, in her 60s, from Sandaoyan Town, was arrested by officers from Qingliu Town Police Station when she went out of Ms. Feng Guiqing's home on September 14, 2017. Ms. Feng Guiqing, her younger sister Ms. Hu Xianzhen, and her daughter-in-law Ms. Zhang Furong tried to make an explanation for Ms. Min. Instead, the three were also arrested. Ms. Zhang was released that evening. The other three practitioners were taken to Qingliu Police Station.
12. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Lu Chunhua's Home Ransacked Again
Eight or nine officers from Longquan Police Station and Yihexincheng Police Station went to Ms. Lu Chunhua's home and ransacked it on September 8, 2017. They did not present any kind of search warrant. They confiscated two Falun Gong books, several dozen printed materials, over 10 amulets, and about eight audio players. Ms. Lu's home has been ransacked on numerous occasions in recent years.
13. [Huainan City, Anhui Province] Mr. Guo Guanghua Sentenced to Prison
Mr. Guo Guanghua was arrested by officers from Longshun Police Station, Tianjia'an District in April 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. He was given a one-year-and-six-month prison term in June by the Tianjia'an District Court, and is detained at Suzhou Prison.
14. [Linshu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Songyan and Ms. Chen Suxia Taken to Prison
Ms. Wang Songyan and Ms. Chen Suxia were arrested on September 12, 2016 for hanging banners with information about suing Jiang Zemin. They were detained for over a year. Both were tried in March 2017 by the Lingshu County Court and were each given a three-year-and-six-month prison term and each fined 20,000 yuan. Ms. Chen appealed. The Linyi Intermediate Court upheld both original verdicts on July 5. Both practitioners were taken to Jinan Women's Prison on August 22.
15. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Xinhe Detained
Mr. Zhu Xinhe was arrested at home on September 7, 2017. He is held at a detention center.
16. [Yantai City, Shanghai Province] Many Practitioners Arrested
Yantai police broke into Mr. Pan Rongqing's home on the afternoon of September 15, 2017. They arrested Mr. Pan, Ms. Li Aiyu, Ms. Xiao Shuxian, Ms. Zhao Shuyu, Ms. Ma Yuzhen, Ms. Zhang Shuying, Mr. Luan Jingyue, Ms. Pan Yanyan, Ms. Sun Mingqiu, elderly Ms. Zou, and other practitioners. They ransacked the home and confiscated Falun Gong books, a printer, and a notebook computer.
Ms. Cui Deying and Ms. Wu Xiangting failed the physical exam and were released after 20,000 yuan was extorted from both of their families.
The remaining practitioners were taken to Yantai Detention Center.
The officers went to Ms. Ma Yuzhen's home and ransacked it. They confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, a mainframe computer, 10 stickers, and one Falun Gong book.
17. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Han Arrested
A practitioner with the last name Han, 72, from the Yantai Synthetic Leather Factory area, was arrested by officers from the Yantai Domestic Security Division on the morning of September 15, 2017. Practitioner Han's home was ransacked, and Han is held at Fushan Detention Center.
18. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Lin Arrested and Mr. Liu Guoai Missing
Four officers from Muping District broke into Mr. Liu Guoai's home in Tao Village on the afternoon of September 17, 2017. Mr. Liu's whereabouts are unknown. Mr. Zhang Lin was also arrested.
19. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Shengfu Arrested
Mr. Zhao Shengfu was arrested at home by officers from the Laizhou City Domestic Security Division on September 15, 2017. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books and a computer. His whereabouts are unknown.
20. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Shu'e Passed Away Due to Persecution
Ms. Zhang Shu'e, 62, passed away on August 3, 2017.
She was taken to the Laizhou Detention Center on February 2, 2015 for talking to people about Falun Gong.
She was arrested again on August 2, 2016 by officers from the local 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division. She was detained and her home ransacked. She was interrogated in an underground interrogation room at the Domestic Security Division. She was deceived, threatened, and monitored for a long time. She passed away in August after returning home.
21. [Taicang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Zhengzheng Passed Away Due to Persecution
Ms. Wu Zhengzheng passed away on March 7, 2017 due to persecution.
22. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Liqing Detained
Ms. Zhao Liqing, a nurse at Hebei Province People's Hospital, was arrested and taken to Beiyuan Police Station on the evening of September 15, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. She is held at Shijiazhuang Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

Ms. Li Zhanxian was recently arrested and taken to Chenzhou Detention Center.
24. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jia Qingshu and Ms. Gu Liwei Arrested
Mr. Jia Qingshu and his wife, Ms. Gu Liwei, were arrested around September 15, 2017.
25. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Xiubo Detained
Ms. Zhang Xiubo was arrested at work by officers from the State Security Division and Liaoyang City Police Department on September 13, 2017. She is held at Liaoyang City Detention Center.
26. [Chongqing] Ms. Lin Zhongying Arrested
Ms. Lin Zhongying was arrested in the evening on September 17, 2017.
27. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Lu Linshan Detained
Mr. Lu Linshan from the Shuangyang Mine area was reported and arrested on the morning of September 16, 2017 for distributing Falun Gong materials. He was taken to Hongxinglong Bureau Detention Center for 10 days of detention.
28. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Shuangfeng and Mr. Liu Qingjie Arrested
Ms. Li Shuangfeng was arrested by officers from the No. 7 Division of Harbin City Police Department on September 13, 2017. Mr. Liu Qingjie, from Changchun City, who was in contact with Ms. Li, was also arrested and his home ransacked.
