(Minghui.org) Many coordinators are currently wondering just what they should be doing.

In my understanding, a coordinator should look at the big picture and place saving people as the priority.

I’ve observed that the coordinators in my area initiate activities when a practitioner is arrested. Everyone is organized to send forth right thoughts, help the practitioner's family find the authorities to clarify the truth to them, and seek the practitioner's release. Because this is often done based on emotion, the results are often unsatisfactory.

At other times, a coordinator organizes practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts and study the Fa with a practitioner who is experiencing sickness karma.

These are things worth doing, no question. Apart from these, however, some coordinators do not bring up or rarely bring up the topic of stepping forward to save sentient beings. I feel that this deviates from the Fa that Master taught in recent lectures.

Master has recently told us that we should put saving sentient beings as our priority. As coordinators, we must try our best to harmonize what Master wants and do what Master wants us to do, which is to save sentient beings.

I understand that in this extended time Master has given us, coordinators must organize practitioners to study Master's Fa on this topic and intensify our efforts to save more people.

Master said,

“...The Dafa disciples' three things are to be done well. At present, the most important thing is to save sentient beings, save more people! That is the most important thing.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2007 New York Fa Conference” in Teaching the Fa at the Conference VIII)

Observing the practitioners that I am in contact with, I’ve noticed that very few of them are able to go out every day to persuade people to quit the CCP. Some of them have persuaded only a handful to quit, and others do not even try.

Master said,

“The situation is pressing, and so many lives are waiting for you to save them. I am extremely anxious!” (“Fa Teaching Given at the 2014 San Francisco Fa Conference”)

Most recently, Master said:

“...the person in charge should do a good job of guiding and leading everyone in the area. Don’t worry that problems will arise with them. They may lack experience at the moment, but over time and through doing things they will come to gain experience. What’s key is to frequently lead them to study the Fa and help them to realize how great their responsibilities are, and gradually they will come to do well.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2016 New York Fa Conference”)

I think that if the coordinators are able to organize practitioners to study the Fa and interact, the practitioners will fully understand the importance of saving people and the consequences of not fulfilling our vows.

If the practitioners in a given area are able to be diligent quickly and place saving people as the most important task, the local situation will change tremendously.

Other than doing well in one's own cultivation, a coordinator needs to help and lead fellow practitioners to quickly save people, thereby fulfilling our vows and responsibilities.

The above is my personal understanding. If there is anything inappropriate, please kindly point it out.
