(Minghui.org) I recently went to a flower shop to purchase peanut seeds. The owner greeted me by saying, “Falun Dafa is good!” I smiled and replied that I was happy to hear his words.
He asked me if I was still practicing Falun Dafa, and I replied, “Yes, of course. You remember how I used to suffer from many incurable illnesses. Because I practice Falun Dafa, I am now healthy, and have a lot more strength and stamina than ever before.”
While we were talking, a man in his 60s was choosing vegetable seeds. The owner said, “See that guy there? You might want to talk to him about Falun Dafa. He is very influential in his village.” I went over to the man and started to chat. I told him about all of my previous incurable health problems. I then told him how all these illnesses went away after I started practicing Falun Dafa.
I mentioned that Falun Dafa has been spread to more than one hundred countries. Many national leaders now support Falun Dafa. Master Li Hongzhi, the teacher of Falun Dafa, has received more than three thousand awards over the years. Master Li’s birthday, May 13, is known as “World Falun Dafa Day,” and each year on that day many practitioners around the world celebrate with parades and activities. It is quite spectacular!
He listened attentively, so I continued. “Falun Dafa is persecuted only in China, due to Jiang Zemin’s jealousy. He was worried that the number of Falun Dafa practitioners was higher than the number of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members. So he plotted to eliminate Falun Dafa in three months beginning on July 20, 1999. This persecution has been going on for 17 years, and he did not eliminate Falun Dafa.
I also told him, “More than 200,000 people in China and abroad have filed lawsuits to sue Jiang Zemin, and used their real names. Eventually, Jiang Zemin will be brought to trial.”
He said he supported suing Jiang Zemin. He also said, “Jiang did not do any good things for people when he was in power. Instead, he trained a number of embezzlers, and our village is now filing appeals about it.”
“Why?” I asked.
“The village was covered with new buildings, and the villagers did not benefit one bit from it. We don’t know how those government officials allocated that money.”
Before we parted, I convinced him to quit the CCP. I also gave him a booklet of questions and answers about quitting the CCP, and some other materials, which he was happy to take.
I felt content on my walk home. More and more people now understand the truth.
