(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 5 provinces. According to this report, 6 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Jianfang Arrested
2. [Danyang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Yang Linzhen Detained
3. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yanju Detained
4. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Zhang Fengqin Detained
5. [Qishan County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yu Jinling and Mr. Zhang Kexian Arrested

1. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Jianfang Arrested

Ms. Sun Jianfang was arrested and taken to the Binhe Road Police Station by officers from the Laixi City Criminal Police Division when she talked to people about Falun Gong on May 26, 2016. The officers forcibly took blood samples and fingerprints from her. She was brought home by her daughter at 9:00 p.m. that night.

2. [Danyang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Yang Linzhen Detained

Ms. Yang Linzhen was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. She appealed, but the Zhenjiang Intermediate Court upheld the original verdict during the second trial. She was taken to Jurong Prison on April 28, 2016.

3. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yanju Detained

Ms. Wang Yanju was arrested at home by Lu Xinzong, deputy director of the Hongqi Police Station, and other officers on May 8, 2016. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Qitaihe Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Fengqin was arrested by officers from the Tongliao City 110 (equivalent to 911 emergency number) Response Unit, the Horqin District Domestic Security Division, and the Huolinhe Police Station when she talked to people about Falun Gong on the evening of June 4, 2016. She is being held in the Tongliao City Detention Center.

5. [Qishan County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yu Jinling and Mr. Zhang Kexian Arrested

Ms. Yu Jinling from Caijiaopo Town was arrested by officers from the Caijiapo Police Station when she talked to people about Falun Gong in town in early June 2016.

Mr. Zhang Kexian from Fufeng County was arrested by the Qishan County Police Department and the 610 Office at the end of March 2016. He was taken to the Qishan Detention Center. Family visits have been denied. His family's car which they needed to carry freight was seized, and the police have refused to return it to the family.
