(Minghui.org) I was arrested and taken to a police station on June 1 when I was distributing Falun Gong flyers to people in the marketplace. I took this chance to tell the officers about Falun Gong.
I said, “Our laws protect freedom of belief, so believing in Falun Gong is not illegal. Falun Gong teaches people to be good. Our society will be more stable if everyone acts like Falun Gong practitioners.”
Four plainclothes officers took me to a hospital to get a physical exam. They discovered that I had extremely low blood pressure.
On the way out the front door of the hospital, I stopped and watched people busily passing by. A female officer next to me said, “What’s wrong? Aren’t you feeling well? Just shout it out loud, and you will be all right.” I shouted twice, “Falun Gong is good!” I smiled and felt great.
As they drove me to a detention center, I told the officers that the Chinese Communist Party has committed crimes against Heaven and advised them to distance themselves from the Party to be safe.
We arrived at the detention center at around 8 p.m., but center officials declined to accept me because of my low blood pressure. The officers took me to their branch police station to interrogate me.
I refused to answer questions, but they told me to sign a paper to get myself released anyway. Just then my son-in-law arrived, and I tore up the paper. The officers just asked me to leave the station quickly.
