Three Practitioners from Henan Province Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

(Minghui.org) Linzhou City police illegally arrested three Falun Gong practitioners from two villages and a town in early April 2016 after they exercised their legal rights to file criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator who initiated the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999.

The police went directly to ransack their homes and arrest the practitioners. Officers said that the orders to arrest them and search their homes came from higher authorities.

Ms. Wang Shuoying, 65, a practitioner from Heshan Village, Guilin Town, in Linzhou City, was arrested on April 6.

Mr. Feng Youfu, 68, a retired government employee from Dongjie Village, Guilin Town, was arrested on April 6 at his home. The police also ransacked his house and confiscated many of his personal belongings.

Practitioner Guo Ruiping from Hengshui Town was at home when the police came on April 1. The officers ransacked the house, took a computer, a printer, a number of Falun Gong books and some informational materials. Mr. Guo was sent directly to Anyang Detention Center.
