(Minghui.org) Mr. Han Yangjun, a Falun Gong practitioner who lives on the Shiyan Farm in Ningan, Mudanjiang City, was arrested by officers from the Xiangfang District Police Department and the Jianzhu Police Station when he was visiting a fellow practitioner on February 17, 2016. He has since been detained in a detention center.

About twelve police officers went to his son's home and ransacked it. They seized a computer and a Falun Gong book and attempted to arrest his daughter-in-law but failed. She had just undergone major surgery for her ectopic pregnancy and was traumatized by the incident. His mother, with her heart problems, was also extremely upset and frightened.
Mr. Han, 57, worked as a welder in a boiler factory. His health improved greatly after he began practicing Falun Gong, but he was persecuted by the police for his belief.
He had already served three years of forced labor for practicing Falun Gong.
