(Minghui.org) My company once sent me on a business trip that required me to travel from county to county. I thought my truth-clarification would be affected for a while. What should I do? A fellow practitioner suggested a solution. I used a tablet to do truth-clarification on the bus during the day, and I went to a scenic site to help Chinese tourist withdraw their memberships in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) during the evenings.
I could not find any fellow practitioners when arrived at the scenic site. I felt anxious and regretted not getting enough information before coming. But when I turned around, I saw a lot of Chinese tourists sitting on the ground chatting. I stepped forward and advised them to quit the CCP. I did this throughout my whole trip.
My company asked me to stay in a temple the last day of the trip. I thought it was a pity because I wouldn't be able to go to the scenic site that evening. But a group of Chinese tourists came to stay in the temple. I advised them to quit the CCP. I thus did not pause my truth-clarification for one day during the trip. My work for the company also went smoothly.
When I have to attend receptions for work I think it's a good opportunity for truth-clarification because it's not easy to meet with VIPs under normal circumstances. I talk with the people arranged to sit at my table about Falun Gong and raise awareness about the persecution.
My family supports my efforts to helping Chinese tourists quit the Communist Party because I have explained the importance to them.
I have observed that some fellow practitioners place their job and family ahead of their truth clarification efforts. Though everyone's journey in cultivation is different and no one else can serve as a reference, we all practice the same Dafa. So what is actually holding practitioners back from putting more effort into truth-clarification? It is not the job or family obligations themselves, but because they put their job and family as the priority. However, everyday society, and what one gains, is prearranged and cannot be changed regardless of one's efforts.
Master Li taught us in Teaching the Fa at the Conference in Switzerland:
“There’s something I can tell you: Nothing in the world is by chance—gods are watching. In this dimension, there are those who arrange reincarnation, those who are responsible for order in society, those who arrange social systems, those who control the stability of the earth, those who are in charge of the air and the various components of air, and those who watch over what different gods are doing on the earth.”
We should evaluate our priorities and look inside to see where our hearts are when it comes to seizing more opportunities to clarify the truth.
