(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 21 cities or counties in 9 provinces. According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 38 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Chuanyong Arrested

Mr. Zhang Chuanyong, an English teacher at the Zhangqiu City No. 6 Middle School, was arrested by Liu Yiqing and other officers from the Diao Town Police Station on December 17, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated 372 yuan worth of paper bills, with Falun Gong facts printed on them, that Mr. Zhang carried. Mr. Zhang was released that evening.

Mr. Li Juecai, from Dongyao Community in Shengjing Neighborhood Administration, was arrested at home by officers from the Zhangqiu City Domestic Security Division and the Shengjing Police Station on December 17, 2015. He was taken to the police station.

3. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Hongwen Detained

Mr. Li Hongwen was arrested by officers from the Chengde County Domestic Security Division on December 8, 2015. He is held in the Chengde County Detention Center.

Ms. Ren Quanyun from Qinyang City was arrested on December 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained.

5. [Lianyungang City Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhang Guili Detained

Ms. Zhang Guili was arrested at her daughter's home in Nanjing City by officers from the Lianyun District Police Department, Lianyungang City, on December 17, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Xishu Police Station in the Lianyun District then to the Lianyungang City Detention Center.

6. [Shanwei City, Guangdong Province] Nine Practitioners Taken Into Police Custody

Ms. Chen Shaoling, Ms. Ye Xiaoling, Mr. Wu Guoyi, Mr. Zhou Futian, and Ms. Zou Meiqing were arrested by officers from the Chengqu District Domestic Security Division and the Xinlian Police Station on December 15, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Their homes were ransacked. The five practitioners are held in the Police Department Detention Center in the Chengqu District.

Mr. He Jincai, his wife Ms. Lu Xiaolu, Mr. Pan Zhihao, and Ms. Ye Qiuyan, from Haifeng County, were also arrested on the afternoon of December 17, 2015.

Ms. Yang Shumei was arrested in early December 2015.

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Huali Arrested

Ms. Sun Huali, from Guangmingshan Town in Zhuanghe City, was arrested by officers from the Guangmingshan Town Police Station at the end of November 2015. Her home was ransacked.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Pei Tingjiu and Mr. Wang Yongjiu Arrested

Mr. Pei Tingjiu from Rongsheng Village, Handian Town, Shuangcheng District, was arrested by officers from the Handian Police Station on the evening of December 17, 2015. Mr. Wang Yongjiu was also arrested by the officers on the same day.

10. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Yaguang's Home Ransacked

Mr. Wang Yaguang from the Wei'anzhongli Residential Community in Nankai District was arrested at home by officers from the Nankai Police Department, the police station, and residential committee personnel on December 15, 2015. His home was ransacked.

11. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Huang Yuwen Detained

Ms. Huang Yuwen, an employee at the Fengrun District Vocational Education Center, was arrested by officers from the Duanminglu Police Station on December 17, 2015. She was taken to a detention center.

12. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Kan Jixiang Arrested

Ms. Kan Jixiang went to Linyi City on December 15, 2015. She was arrested by officers from the Linyi Train Station Police Station for carrying Falun Dafa materials. She escaped with righteous thoughts when the officers were ransacking her home.

Mr. Xu Shibai from the Qianhai Base in the Shengli Oilfield was arrested by officers from the Binhai Police Department in the Shengli Oilfield on December 16, 2015. He was taken to the Zhangjiagou Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

Recently, Ms. Zhou Yuying, a physician, was transferred to a brainwashing center after being held in a detention center.

15. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Li Mingzhi Arrested

Mr. Li Mingzhi was arrested by the police when he was distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the morning of December 6, 2015. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books. Mr. Li was released that evening after being photographed and having his blood tested.

Ms. Xu Guolian's son, Mr. Yuan Feng, was arrested for suing Jiang Zemin. He has been held in a brainwashing center.

17. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Guofen Detained

Ms. Yu Guofen, 69, from Wendeng District, was arrested by plainclothes patrol officers when she was telling people about Falun Gong on December 16, 2015. She was taken to the Development Zone Police Station. The officers ransacked her home. She returned home that day.

Two days later, Ms. Yu went to the Wendeng District Domestic Security Division to ask for her Falun Dafa books. She was arrested and detained.

Ms. Wang Xiuping was arrested by officers from the Xinhua Police Station on the morning of December 16, 2015. She was taken to the Fuyu County Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

Ms. Zhang Aixing, in her 60s, from the Pudong New Area, was arrested by police on December 17, 2015. She was held in a detention center.

21. [Suizhong County, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Liang Guoman from Qiuzigou Township was arrested by officers from the Suizhong County Domestic Security Division and the Police Department on December 16, 2015. He is held in the Suizhong Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Xiaona and Ms. Zhou Ying were arrested on December 14, 2015. Both practitioners were held in the Qinhuangdao City Detention Center.

22. [Gongyi City, Henan Province] Ms. Pang Aiping Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Pang Aiping went to the Xicun Police Station to apply for an identification card in July 2015. She was then arrested by officers from the Xicun Police Station and the Domestic Security Division. She was taken to the Gongy Detention Center. A few days ago Ms. Pang was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. She still held in a detention center.
