Mr. Zhao Wenguang Detained and Family Harassed

(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhao Wenguang, 45, has been held in the Daqing City Second Detention Center since he was illegally arrested on May 28, 2015.

He is a stone mason and has a shop in the Sada Road Stone Market in Daqing.

Three plainclothes officers went to his shop on the morning of May 28. Minutes later, another three officers arrived with a search warrant. They ransacked his shop for more than an hour and confiscated his notebook computer, Falun Gong books and other personal belongings.

Mr. Zhao was first taken to the Huizhan Police Department before being transferred to the detention center.

When Mr. Zhao's family tried to meet the officers who arrested him they were refused.

They have been harassed by the authorities for some time because Mr. Zhao practices Falun Gong.
