(Minghui.org) Three of my siblings and I have filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) head who launched the persecution of Falun Gong. Now three members of the younger generation in our family, who were born in the 1980's, including my son, my nephew and his fiancee, recently filed their own lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. Although they are not Falun Gong practitioners, they have understood the ramifications of Jiang's persecution and how it has affected them personally, as well as the people of China as a whole.
One day my son came to visit me. I told him, “My oldest sister was the first in our family to file a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin with her real name. At the time that she mailed the legal documents to the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, I acted as a bystander, thinking that I was not personally persecuted and put in jail. Later, I realized that I too have been a victim as a Falun Gong practitioner. Although freedom of belief is guaranteed by the Chinese Constitution, I do not have a safe or protected environment to practice my belief because of Jiang Zemin's persecution policy. So I filed a lawsuit on May 19.
“Son, you were part of the group Fa study and did the exercises too when you were little. If it were not for the persecution you would be practicing Falun Gong and enjoying all the benefits of Dafa now yourself.” My son said, “You are right Mom. I want to participate and sue Jiang Zemin too!”
My nephew is not a Falun Gong practitioner but has read Zhuan Falun and had learned the Falun Gong exercises before. After learning that we had sued Jiang Zemin, he asked me how to prepare a legal complaint.
Soon afterwards, he became very busy at work and could not find time to pick up the documents I had prepared for him. I realized that it was evil beings in other dimensions that were trying to interfere with his plan to sue Jiang. So I started to send righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. Soon my nephew told me that his fiancee would get the documents on his behalf.
When his fiancee came, she asked me, “Jiang Zemin is dying. What difference does it make to sue him now?” I told her, “You have read Zhuan Falun and watched Shen Yun performance DVDs. You know that Falun Gong is the righteous Fa of the cosmos. Jiang launched the persecution out of jealousy. Look at my big sister. She was arrested and detained four times for practicing Falun Gong. The rest of us cannot have an environment to practice to Jiang's brutal persecution policy. More importantly, millions of people have been poisoned by Jiang's vicious lies and propaganda and they are facing the most dire consequences because of that. Therefore, suing Jiang and clearing Falun Gong's name is for the sake of everyone's welfare and benefit. Your fiance is doing a very meaningful thing.”
My nephew's fiancee then said, “I understand now. I want to file a lawsuit myself!”
