Additional Persecution News from China – June 10, 2015 (14 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 13 cities or counties in 9 provinces. According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 19 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Guo Yuhua Arrested

Ms. Guo Yuhua was followed and arrested when she was distributing Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) informational materials on June 8, 2015, by officers from the Nantong City Domestic Security Division. The officers ransacked her home.

2. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Ms. Yang Caiyun Detained

Ms. Yang Caiyun from the Xian'an District was arrested and taken to a detention center on June 1, 2015, when she was posting Falun Gong informational materials. Officers from the Shihaoqiao Police Station and the Domestic Security Division made the arrest. They also ransacked Ms. Yang's home.

3. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ren Zhifeng Detained

Ms. Ren Zhifeng from Wennan Town in Tai'an City was arrested for telling people about Falun Gong on June 7, 2015. She is being held in the Beishi Detention Center.

4. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wan Queque Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Mr. Wan Queque was sentenced to three years in prison. He has been transferred to Longquan Prison.

5. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Li Yuehuan Arrested

Ms. Li Yuehuan was arrested on June 8, 2015, by Shiji Village Police Station officers for distributing Falun Gong informational materials in the Panyu District.

6. [Linzhang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Shuzhen Detained

Ms. Gun Shuzhen was arrested on the morning of June 2, 2015, by officers from the Linzhang Domestic Security Division when she was distributing Falun Gong informational materials at the Linzhang Station. She was taken to the Handan City No. 1 Detention Center.

7. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Five Practitioners Detained

Ms. Wei Zaihui, Ms. Wei Zaixiu, Mr. Chen Guangzhong, Mr. Chen Huaigen, and Ms. Meng Lixian from Huayang Town in the Tianfu New Area are being held in the Shuangliu Detention Center. The five practitioners were all beaten by officers from the Huayang Police Station. Their families are not allowed to visit them.

8. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Dong Yaomei Arrested

Ms. Dong Yaomei was arrested for telling people about Falun Gong on June 7, 2015.

9. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Sun Wenqing Tortured

Mr. Sun Wenqing was tortured in Dalian City Prison.

10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zou Xiuyan Arrested

Ms. Zou Xiuyan was arrested by officers from the Guilinjie Police Station when she was telling people about Falun Gong on June 8, 2015. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a DVD burner, a printer, and Falun Dafa books and informational materials. She is being held in Sanba Hospital due to her high blood pressure.

11. [Huanren County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Guijun and Ms. Li Jinhua Arrested

Ms. Zhang Guijun and Ms. Li Jinhua were arrested by Wang Qi and other officers from the local Domestic Security Division when they were telling people about Falun Gong on May 28, 2015.

12. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Mr. Meng Xiangchen Detained

Mr. Meng Xiangchen was arrested at home on June 4, 2015. He is being held in the Siping Detention Center.

13. [Chongqing] Ms. Deng Kaiming and Sister Ms. Deng Kaixiu Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Deng Kaiming and her younger sister Ms. Deng Kaixiu were arrested in Zouma Town in the Jiulongpo District on the afternoon of June 3, 2015. Both sisters are being held in a brainwashing center.

14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fu Yuxian Detained

Ms. Fu Yuxian, 72, from Central China Teacher's University was arrested by officers from the Mafangshan Police Station on May 25, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Wuhan No. 1 Detention Center.
