(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 5 provinces. According to this report, 1 Falun Gong practitioner was detained, at least 12 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Beijing] Ms. Zhou Jing Arrested

Ms. Zhou Jing was arrested on March 8, 2015, and her home ransacked.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Huang Ling Arrested

Ms. Huang Ling from the Communication University of China was arrested on March 3. Her whereabouts is unknown.

3. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Chen Shuiqing, Ms. Huang Liyu, Ms. Zhu Haiying and Mr. Zhu Haihang were arrested by more than twenty police officers on the night of March 4, 2015. They were watching a Shen Yun DVD at Mr. Zhu's salon. They are currently held in the Zhanjiang City Brainwashing Center.

4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yuan Arrested

Ms. Yuan was arrested by officers from Dongjiagou Police Station on March 9, 2015. Her home was ransacked.

5. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Yanhong Arrested

Ms. Wang Yanhong gave a Shen Yun DVD to a plainclothes officer on March 4, 2015 and was arrested. She was given a 15 day illegal detention at Kouqian Detention Center.

6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information on Ms. Ge Peiying

Ms. Ge Peiying was arrested on February 27, 2015, and is being held at the Yaojia Detention Center.

7. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. An Xinyun Arrested

Mr. An Xinyun was arrested by officers from Licha Police Station on March 5, 2015. After he failed the physical exam, officers extorted 5000 yuan from his family to bail him out.

8. [Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yan Zhifen Arrested

Ms. Yan Zhifen and Ms. Yang Qunhua were arrested when talking to others about Falun Gong on March 8, 2015. Ms. Yang was released that day, Ms. Yan is held at Chongzhou City detention center.
